Ranjit, in particular, was very professional and I was happy to be advised by him. Kavita in the office was pleasant and always answered the 'phone.

Whenever we had any questions or concerns, they were answered promptly, clearly, and professionally, making what could have been a stressful process feel much easier.<br><br>We would especially like to thank Carol and Jacqui, who have been absolutely fantastic from the moment we booked our very first viewing. 23rd Jul 2026 (10 days ago)We'd previously tried to sell our property through another agent but were frustrated by poor or a complete lack of communication. Green's were far better in this respect and generally responded to our messages promptly, with just the odd lapse. The whole process was quite easy, from our initial approach to the marketing and the actual sale.
29th Jul 2026 (4 days ago)Went into the Old Hill office to enquire about sale properties in the DY2 area and everyone was very nice and professional. A young lady showed me the properties and printed me some brochures to take away with me! I highly recommend
10th Mar 2026 (21 weeks ago)Awful experience with keates estate agents. We applied for rental property with keates online and the link you have to use is through website is called "vouch". We got constant phone calls from "vouch" asking for us to set up bills for the property and asking for card debit card information. These calls kept happening even after we didn't get the property. We won't be using keates again.

31st Jul 2026 (2 days ago)Was with JM for 3 years . In my time with them they Have proven to be incompetent. No inventory just have poorly taken pictures. Switched tenant without my consent and they new tenants destroyed my house. She was always quick to respond to my emails and made the whole process straightforward and stress free. I really appreciated her excellent communication and support from start to finish. They manage the property to a high standard and everything is communicated clearly and concise. We have used other companies before that have left us disappointed. 17th Jul 2026 (16 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

Always knew where we were in the process. Clear, quick answers via WhatsApp/call, the Slade computer system of sending through viewings/offers/information was really clear and helpful. I can't recommend Slade enough. Would definitely use again if I went through this in future.
