19th May 2026 (30 days ago)Amazing service! After being messed around and let down by other Estate Agents we were very sceptical of using an auction company and how this would go. I have to say that Andrew and Keisha were fabulous from the start. We were kept updated with progress and treated with care and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We would highly recommend to anyone considering selling via Auction!

27th May 2026 (22 days ago)We had an amazing experience selling our house with Your Move. Tim Drake explained everything clearly to us and then passed us into Alena Novotna, at wednesfield branch, very capable hands. Alena promptly got viewing booked in and within days we accepted an offer. Alena then carried us 11 weeks to complete paper work ,coordinating with solicitors to then exchange and completed. Alena has been thorough and supportive and kept us informed the whole time. I would highly recommend this estate agents.

11th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)I have nothing but praise for this company, I am a tenant with them and they have always dealt with my queries or maintenance issues efficiently and swiftly Hana from the maintenance department has been working so hard trying to get an issue resolved for me I cannot thank her enough. From the start through the application process the staff have always been so helpful and friendly and from settling into my new home to my recent one year inspection I have felt supported throughout. Both inspections I have had the staff that came into my home made me feel very at ease and were professional and friendly. I am very glad I chose to rent through g n t properties and I would highly recommend them to any tenants looking to rent.

We got constant phone calls from "vouch" asking for us to set up bills for the property and asking for card debit card information. These calls kept happening even after we didn't get the property. We won't be using keates again.
1st Feb 2022 (4 years ago)I reviewed good service from then although it wasn’t very perfect. It was a little bit hard sometimes to get through to some agents sometimes but apart from that I receive excellent service.

Answered all of my questions and concerns, made the process very smooth and easy, great customer service. Would definitely recommend working with this company. She seemed very experienced and knowledgeable, looking forward to go ahead with their services for my property.

Sophie went above and beyond to negotiate the best terms for me and all parties including landlord were happy to exchange. I was also in contact with Joe who assisted with all my enquiries. Very seamless experience that only took 3 weeks from the first viewing.

After an initial meeting with Oliver Jones it was clear Slade property were the team we needed. Oliver was extremely professional throughout the selling process and it was clear he had a sound marketing plan to ensure a swift sale. His plans worked well and the sale went through quickly and smoothly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Slade Property and just know that if you use them you will get a professional service at a reasonable cost with excellent communication throughout the selling process.
