Ranjit, in particular, was very professional and I was happy to be advised by him. Kavita in the office was pleasant and always answered the 'phone.

They have very smoothly helped us find buyers whenever a property became vacant and we needed to put them on the market, or have helped us do the necessary renovations and upgrades to attract good tenants. It is a pleasure to deal with every department in the company as they are so knowledgeable, give sound advice and tell it how it is - which makes decision-making so much easier. It is rare to find a company where you can build a deep relationship and earn trust. Fraser Wood is one of those rare companies so we highly recommend them.

Although we were only at the enquiry stage, Julie was incredibly helpful and provided us with all the information we needed to understand the process and our options.<br><br>She was so polite, professional and approachable, and took the time to answer all of our questions clearly and patiently. She made a great first impression and gave us real confidence in the service.<br><br>If you’re considering going down the auction route, I would definitely recommend calling and asking to speak with Julie — she was absolutely lovely and a real credit to the team!

They supplied me with bank details for cube heating and plumbing in cannock to get an epc done. Paid 17.7.26, not done. Asked for number and email for company and Nathan who I spoke to said nothing to do with us and put phone down. Beginning to think I've been scammed

10th Mar 2026 (6 mo. ago)Awful experience with keates estate agents. We applied for rental property with keates online and the link you have to use is through website is called "vouch". We got constant phone calls from "vouch" asking for us to set up bills for the property and asking for card debit card information. These calls kept happening even after we didn't get the property. We won't be using keates again.

31st Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Was with JM for 3 years . In my time with them they Have proven to be incompetent. No inventory just have poorly taken pictures. Switched tenant without my consent and they new tenants destroyed my house. No accountability.

31st Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)I've had a great experience with Leighton Paul and it's promising to have a good synergy with the team who are reliable and professional.<br><br>If one member of the team is away, it's reassuring when another member of the team steps in to handle the case, I've had an exceptional experience over the years from finding tenants, carrying out checks, dealing with dispute resolution.<br><br>I've had good communication with all of the team Including Richard, Luke, Rebecca and Simi and Martin over the years and would highly recommend and can't fault them. ????????????

I mainly deal with Sarah and no words can describe how amazing this lady is. All staff are brilliant and very friendly. I wouldn't go with any other agents anymore.<br>To all the team.
