24th Feb 2023 (3 years ago)This agent requires sixteen weeks.There wasn't communication after the contract was signed. The property was on the market, but it was the twelfth week before anyone enquired. Could not locate agents window on the high street. They do not use professional photographers, which was definitely a mistake. The agent works alternate Saturdays, but never informed me beforehand, and suggested I didn't tell him I would be away. Unsure of the question as he did agree to conducting the viewings. One viewer was due to come on a Saturday, but never showed. It's possible she tried to contact,but got no reply. It's the same response I got when I rang twice on that Saturday. He got the keys along with instructions to the alarm, but still managed to set it off. He does not come over too well, and can't say it's the right career choice.

The whole process felt much less stressful because they kept us updated and explained everything clearly. The property has presented a number of challenges due to its age, but Alex has always arranged for repairs to be made with regular correspondence along the way. I can trust him to handle matters, and I know issues will get fixed thanks to his persistence.

17th Mar 2026 (18 days ago)This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve had and I would strongly advise people not to stay here. I had made a booking in booking.com for 2 nights. When we arrived, the property was clearly not properly prepared for guests. There was no hand soap anywhere and not a single hand towel or towel provided on arrival, which is basic hygiene that every accommodation should supply. Upstairs in the storage room there were dirty towels and bed sheets left lying around, which immediately showed the property had not been properly cleaned. Even worse, we found three sex toys left in a drawer, which was completely unacceptable and extremely inappropriate. The toilet seat didn’t even fit the toilet properly, which just added to how poorly maintained the place was. I contacted Emma through the app messages and she said she had contacted the cleaning team, but there was no response. I waited over an hour to give them the benefit of the doubt, but nothing was resolved and no one helped. In the end, we had to leave the property around 10pm with nowhere to go and find alternative accommodation last minute. This caused unnecessary stress and disruption because the property was simply not in a condition to host guests. Overall this place was unhygienic, poorly managed, and clearly not checked before guests arrived. Basic cleanliness and standards were completely lacking.

18th Mar 2026 (17 days ago)I hardly ever leave a negative review and sadly today I’m having to do that! The agents at this place act as if you do not exist. Looking for a commercial rental property twice I have made an appointment and twice I was ignored by the agent, we were interested in renting a property but again emails ignored. I find this company completely unprofessional. To any landlords please use another company not these guys!

24th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)I have bought several properties through OPA over the last 5-6 years. Mainly investments, leased to housing providers with guaranteed rents. very happy with service. Great investments. I get paid ontime, no headache. OPA have always been great. helped with purchase all the way, helped facilitate the transaction and on hand with any issues, even after completion. This is why I go back and buy more. I have also recommended to others who have purchased and sold through OPA. Thanks to Zara & Ramsha for help.
