14th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.

Not a run of the mill sale, a few quirks, but the staff made big efforts to ensure things went as smoothly as possible. Always on hand to answer queries or find answers. ( I had a few). Always patient. Always professional but most of all welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend them. Thank you Baird Lumsden and all of your staff.

13th Jul 2020 (3 years ago)Terrible company. They are not interested in entertaining inquiries, they have a backdoor of investors already in their books who are given the first chance to all properties. Waste of time if you are not part of their system. They do not want to know you!

11th Apr 2024 (13 days ago)I cannot rate the service I received from Northwood highly enough. With logistical difficulties they made the whole process as easy as possible for me. From my initial dealings with Laura on the valuation to the fantastic communication and overall dealings with Ali I cannot speak highly enough about the service I got. So much so that I wanted to thank Ali in person on my final 560 mile journey to clear the house.
30th May 2023 (10 mo. ago)Savills were excellent from start to finish. We had an initial visit from Ruaraidh Ogilvie and Stephanie Clarke, and then a subsequent visit from Sandra McGregor. We were then in regular phone and email contact, and I felt that the support was excellent throughout the process. The photos of the house were truly wonderful. I felt the whole process was managed in a very professional manner. I think the Savills mailing list was probably very helpful in ensuring that we got a prompt sale for a good price.

She is always forward-thinking and looking for more ways to assist you to sell your home. I would highly recommend Lee-Ann.
