14th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Lack of communication and not pro-active as I had to instigate them doing anything. Pricing is terrible everything is an extra add on with vat on everything. Too expensive for lack of contact and or proactivity.

From my initial dealings with Laura on the valuation to the fantastic communication and overall dealings with Ali I cannot speak highly enough about the service I got.
