19th Aug 2015 (11 years ago)Very good,Helped me let out my my late mothers cottage for a year to help pay the tax and duties etc. Found lovely tenants and looked after the property for me as I live three hours away. Would recommend them. Hannah has been wonderful.

Everyone at Goadsbys has been so professional, so helpful and so friendly and reassuring. The whole team has acted wisely throughout all the negotiations and guided us through some rough patches. We have been in good and safe hands throughout the marketing and the sale itself and we are delighted to be able to successfully move near our daughter early in the New Year. We could not have been more pleased with the service Goadsbys has given us and we highly recommend them. I shall miss the frequent, friendly contact!
19th May 2017 (9 years ago)Awful agents to be a tenant with, use them if you want to be charge £125 every 12 months to have a date changed on your contract, if you want your deposit back be prepared to wait, aperently a bank transfer takes 5-7 working days! A company who cares only for landlords and the bottom line, company have left one very stressed out employee to run the branch single handedly. Stay clear if you can, but hay they can always find another mug to rent off them..png)

14th May 2025 (1 year ago)The local agent set up the agreed selling price incorrectly on the web and with Rightmove. He also set up our address incorrectly. The Purplebricks Account Manager said sold the photos of my house very poor so I would have to write to the Complaints Dept. Their reply - unbelievable - was we will give you £75 in compensation but you will have to pay an additional £99 to have the house re photographed! It took 8 weeks to erect a "sales board" I wrote a letter to the MD but had no reply! I wrote again and had a member of staff reply! I was told that the MD NEVER communicated with a customer! They achieved just one viewing in 5 months. They are a shambles compared to when the sold my previous house 5 years ago
