7th Apr 2026 (23 weeks ago)I had a good experience working with the team at Richard Godsell. The market for the property was limited as it was a retirement flat so we had few viewings however it sold after a few months, marginally less than advertised but for an acceptable sum. I would consider the original valuation to be accurate. Communication with the agent was good and while the sale took longer than expected due to legal complications, the agent did a really good job of keeping the buyer, who we were at risk of losing, placated through a difficult period.

29th Mar 2023 (3 years ago)Spencer's maintained an excellent partnership throughout each n every enquiry from commications to negotiations to finalising Exchange and Completion dates. Losing the first chain to a developer pulling out at the exchange jaws was a setback but did not reduce the optimism of the Spencer's team if Mark, Will, Matt, Abigail and Christy. The market experienced a slight reduction at this time with a slowing of demand so we reviewed our sales strategies and felt a price reduction was necessary. Ultimately this tactic proved very successful, with the Spencer's teaming finding many potential buyers with many offers as one proved very satisfactory to a successful Exchange date after many delays along the way, with Spencers assisting in chasing Agents, Buyers, Solicitors along the way Thank you for your excellent service you provided to us; potentially the Best Estate Agents in Dorset.
22nd Jun 2026 (12 weeks ago)I had someone come round the other day to look at renting out my property as I plan to move away from the area and the guy did not really say anything positive about my house. Have to say that the guy did not come across as being very helpful and unlikely to use their services in going forwards and will take my business elsewhere.

From keeping me up to date with what is going on with the sale, solicitors to answering any and all questions I have had. Cannot recommend them enough, if I had to do this all again I would 100% pick Haart!

They got my property listed quickly and we had strong interest straight away. Within just three weeks, we had secured a buyer at the full asking price — couldn’t have asked for better! The whole process was smooth, and I was kept well informed throughout. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the area.

25th Apr 2026 (21 weeks ago)Very disapointed with the service. We picked this agency because of the positive reviews. We signed up on a 13 week contract. At the end of the contract littlewoods never contacted us to see if we wanted to renew it. We assumed they were not intrested in signing a new contract and had lost interest in selling the property. We ended up e mailing them and asking for the keys back, and told them we felt that they had lost interest in the property. They replied and said they would drop the keys of the following day. This never happened, and we ended up having to call in and pick up the keys. Very dissapointing.

10th Apr 2026 (23 weeks ago)I had a positive overall experience with this estate agent. The valuation they provided was accurate and gave me confidence in the pricing of my property. While there were times when it was a bit difficult to get hold of them, whenever I did manage to speak with them, they were consistently professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Their approach was reassuring and they clearly have a good understanding of the market. Despite the occasional communication delays, I would still recommend them based on their expertise and professionalism.

14th May 2025 (1 year ago)The local agent set up the agreed selling price incorrectly on the web and with Rightmove. He also set up our address incorrectly. The Purplebricks Account Manager said sold the photos of my house very poor so I would have to write to the Complaints Dept. Their reply - unbelievable - was we will give you £75 in compensation but you will have to pay an additional £99 to have the house re photographed! It took 8 weeks to erect a "sales board" I wrote a letter to the MD but had no reply! I wrote again and had a member of staff reply! I was told that the MD NEVER communicated with a customer! They achieved just one viewing in 5 months. They are a shambles compared to when the sold my previous house 5 years ago

25th Aug 2026 (23 days ago)My house moving was an easy process with Wooley and Wallis. I saw a house, I liked it, made an offer and it was accepted. It fell through when my buyer fell through but luckily I got another offer and that was fine. Staff are all friendly and they gave us a bottle of bubbles on moving day. The rest of the moving process was a complete nightmare but the estate agents were all lovely.
