10th Apr 2026 (23 weeks ago)I had a positive overall experience with this estate agent. The valuation they provided was accurate and gave me confidence in the pricing of my property. While there were times when it was a bit difficult to get hold of them, whenever I did manage to speak with them, they were consistently professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Their approach was reassuring and they clearly have a good understanding of the market. Despite the occasional communication delays, I would still recommend them based on their expertise and professionalism.

14th May 2025 (1 year ago)The local agent set up the agreed selling price incorrectly on the web and with Rightmove. He also set up our address incorrectly. The Purplebricks Account Manager said sold the photos of my house very poor so I would have to write to the Complaints Dept. Their reply - unbelievable - was we will give you £75 in compensation but you will have to pay an additional £99 to have the house re photographed! It took 8 weeks to erect a "sales board" I wrote a letter to the MD but had no reply! I wrote again and had a member of staff reply! I was told that the MD NEVER communicated with a customer! They achieved just one viewing in 5 months. They are a shambles compared to when the sold my previous house 5 years ago

I have found his professionalism, communication and negotiating skills to be excellent and will recommend his estate agency to all those buying or selling.
10th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Lawrence and Wendy have been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process of buying our new home. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and no question was ever treated as a silly question. They were always happy to explain things to me and make sure I understood what was happening, which made such a difference, especially when I was feeling overwhelmed. They were always there to help, chase things up when needed and, most importantly, reassure me whenever I started to panic! Their support made the whole process so much less stressful. We honestly couldn’t have asked for better estate agents and would highly recommend Mursells to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the future. Thank you so much, Lawrence and Wendy, for everything you’ve done for us!
