A hardworking team, all ready and able to take away the hassle and stress often associated with house selling. They are all undaunted with the problems of selling our house, actively searching for appropriate buyers and weeding out those who are not relevant, as well as aging the best price. 7th Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)Absolutely appalling customer service. If I were renting or selling a property, I would not be using this company. Richard and his assistant were unhelpful and dismissive, refusing to show me and my team a property we were genuinely interested in renting or buying. Their reason was that we hadn’t yet obtained a change of use — which makes no sense, as any reasonable business would only consider that after viewing and deciding whether the property is suitable. The attitude and lack of professionalism were extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Carigiet Cowen to anyone looking for a helpful or proactive commercial agent.
