Wilkins and Vardy were the only ones who explained the whole process, gave us a price up front and took away all the worries. I found the whole team exceptional but in particular Paula, who was the initial contact, she was totally up front with us and made the whole process a lot easier to understand and it was this initial professionalism that prompted me to choose Wilkins and Vardy. The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.
