They were honest and factual and managed the sale extremely efficiently. After a long time searching and viewing properties, Shari really took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and ultimately helped us find our dream home.<br><br>From finding the property through to guiding us along the process, she was always incredibly helpful, responsive and reassuring. We really felt that we could trust her advice, which made such a difference during what can otherwise be quite a stressful process.<br><br>Shari, Daisy, James and the whole team have been exceptionally professional, trustworthy and discreet throughout, while still being genuinely lovely to deal with.<br><br>We couldn’t be happier with the service we’ve received and would highly recommend Shari and the Jackson-Stops Alderley Edge team. 3rd Sep 2026 (14 days ago)I have just sold my property with Cope & Co and could not recommend enough!<br>I opted for Cope & Co over other agents in my area as I loved Cope & Co's marketing, but what won me over was how personable the team are. Sean has been absolutely fantastic throughout the process of listing the property and carrying out a number of viewings. Hannah has great in supporting with offers and providing support once an offer was accepted.<br>They both made the selling process a lot less stressful and helped in achieving a really quick sale from start to finish.<br>Thank you so much to Sean, Hannah and the sales team at Cope & Co.- 2nd Aug 2026 (7 weeks ago)Good communication throughout from all personnel I've spoken to. 20th Aug 2026 (28 days ago)Despite getting a buyer originally through them (before the chain fell apart), we were disappointed with the actual service sometimes. Absolutely terrible at answering their phones for hours at a time sometimes, and they started to ignore emails regularly as well after a while. Their selling fee is eye-watering and in my opinion does not need to be so high, especially when they arent even answering phones or emails. Their fee in 2017 was £1800 and it is now £3000 for the exact same package. This is not inflation, this is money grabbing. And if they tell you they have a list of buyers for you ready and waiting, I'd take this with a pinch of salt as they haven't - the people on this list will all come back to them to say they aren't looking any more. They then allowed our original buyer to pull out last minute with a rubbish excuse which caused a lot of issues and upset. I would no longer trust Bagshaws with selling in future.- 1st Sep 2026 (16 days ago)We recently sold our property at a distance with Bagshaws Residential and found the whole team to be highly approachable, professional and extremely helpful, responding quickly and efficiently, answering queries promptly and effectively. I highly recommend them.

3rd Sep 2026 (14 days ago)My experience with Northwood Birmingham has been disappointing and frustrating.<br><br>?Communication is consistently poor. Emails and phone calls go ignored, and getting a response requires chasing them repeatedly for weeks. It feels completely unprofessional, especially when you expect basic courtesy and responsiveness in return.<br><br>?More importantly, their property management standards are unacceptable.<br><br>After the tenants moved out, the property was left in a miserable condition. As a landlord paying for management, you expect your property to be looked after, but Northwood fell far short.<br><br>?I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes necessary improvements to their customer service and inspection standards.

Ben and his team were brilliant from start to finish - helpful with queries that I had - very efficient- and provided exactly the professional service that I required. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area needing a letting service.

He handled the sale of my house with a really high level of professionalism, I’d previously used a more traditional estate agent as I hadn’t come across EweMove, the contrast was night and day and Paul made the selling experience enjoyable.<br><br>Paul was knowledgeable, approachable and kept everything moving when it could easily have become stressful. I really appreciated his patience, communication and the way he conducted himself throughout the process.<br><br>A genuinely excellent estate agent and a real credit to the team. Thank you, Paul!
18th Aug 2026 (30 days ago)Fantastic service from Wilkins<br><br>We first used Wilkins around 5 years ago when we purchased our buy-to-let property, and we then chose to have them manage the property for us ever since.<br><br>I have to give a huge shout-out to Bethany Q, who has been absolutely fantastic throughout the years. She was always at the end of the phone whenever I had a question or needed any help, and nothing was ever too much trouble.<br><br>When we eventually decided to sell the property, we continued to use Wilkins, and we have dealt with a few different people within the office. Every single person we have spoken to has been amazing, helpful and professional.<br><br>Our sale took just under 12 weeks, which we think is absolutely incredible, and the whole process was made so much easier by the fantastic team.<br><br>A huge thank you to everyone at Wilkins for all your help over the years and, more recently, for making the sale run so smoothly. We really appreciate everything you’ve done for us and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you! ??????????

We had a chain collapse immediately...with no support at all...followed by a second buyer offering lower...again no advice or support. Also starting us off at a over inflated price. They were not proactive and did not offer any help or advice. The owner Sammy Dyche was away on holiday...and I couldn't speak to him. The office didn't offer us any support. All very stressful.
