Photographs our our property all looked very dark compared to the agent's we have now. They put a for sale sign up that was too short and risked people walking into it, I adjusted myself.

26th Aug 2026 (30 days ago)Shame that after cancelling a review that explores unlawfully excluding a Londoner freeholder from the building communal areas, based on a suspected building residents harassment campaign of suspected vexatious dis-information - most evidently is an example of suspected provincial ignorance and tribalistic aggression ...<br>So its now August 2026 we still have not been billed by GLS for 2026 and some of the other owners are wondering if this building is actually insured? As no one from GLS responds we can only wonder?

Nobody answered my questions on the auction website which I believe was down to Lovelle to answer my questions. I could be wrong and apologise if I am.
