Jayne is very professional, kind, and easy to speak too. She helped and guided us every step of the way from start to finish as she was so conscientious. On some occasions we spoke to Amber, the manager who also gave good advice and was understanding with her warm approach. It was great to have a peace of mind knowing that you are being well looked after at this branch.

Katie and the sales team have been great throughout the process, providing a realistic market value of my property, putting up an advert that has attracted multiple viewings in a short space of time and helpfully arranging the viewings at times convenient for me. Would highly recommend using Beercocks to anyone wanting to put their property on the market.

My father's property has been on the market for a year and Jane s assistance and positivity has been crucial for the sale which took over 6 months. She went the extra mile looking at electricity readings for me! Her regular welcome feedback, constant dialogue between buyer and seller was crucial, as at times I thought I would lose the sale. Jane Thank you - you and your team are a real credit to the company.

They actively market properties to their customer base and beyond, they give good advice on making the property more saleable, and they chase offers and sales to ensure they are moving along (Pearl is very good at the latter). We had excellent service from Lee, above and beyond what I expected and what I've experienced previously either in East Yorkshire or elsewhere. Highly recommended.

As I live in a different Country I relied heavily on their involvement and I wasn't disappointed. Megan my main contact answered emails immediately, picked up the phone to my every call (there were many), she chased conveyancers throughout the chain, supported us through frustrations and even arranged the meter readings when they were due. Megan was so lovely and kind while maintaining her professionalism. I cannot recommend them enough. Also a shout out to the rest of the team who did the viewings, took meter readings, turned down the heating after a cold spell and generally kept an eye on an empty property.

Selling houses is always stressful and seldom goes without some issue or other but the team at Oscars dealt with everything and gave the best advice to help us achieve a very successful sale. I would certainly recommend their services.

From that point, I received regular and prompt communication from the Wigwam team - this allowed the process to run smoothly and was stress free. 23rd Jun 2026 (3 days ago)Overall had a really good experience with Rezee. Their team are very friendly and informative, kept us up to date as much as possible during the purchase of our new home. The only issue was on completion day we were told we needed to collect the keys for our new house from the seller themselves as Rezee didn't have the keys, which put us in quite an uncomfortable position on a day that should have been a happy occasion.
