14th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)Constantly having to chase them up to get new tenants in. Towards the end on one tenancy, after hearing nothing I phoned up and Aaron said "oh would you like us to list it to get a new tenant?" WHAT? Not a good experience.

Always returns calls and answers emails. 18th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)This agency gives me rather dubious vibes. There are no Google reviews, and the only review I’ve been able to find mirrors my experience exactly. We have been attempting to arrange a viewing for over a week. When they eventually responded, it was via a late-evening text message suggesting a Sunday viewing at a very specific time, with no alternative offered. I’ve never previously encountered Sunday viewings, but more concerning was the complete lack of flexibility or willingness to accommodate. As a prospective buyer, this has been enough to put me off the property altogether, as I can only assume the process would be equally difficult further down the line.
