From the sensible sales valuation by Emma (priced accurately to sell in a tough market) through to the timely completion managed by Sonja, they were professional, polite, efficient, considerate, knowledgeable and empathetic. I’ve bought/sold 7 houses and this was the easiest process of all those transactions.
24th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)We had excellent service from Newton Fallowell and in particular Adam Hudson. Having used a different estate agent for several months before without success we moved to Newton Fallowell and found them to be very proactive. We sold the house in relatively quick time. They were also very patient as it took quite some time to get the grant of probate and in fact it was only granted just in time for the sale. I would thoroughly recommend them.

18th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Probably the most racist people working in this company. I had very upsetting experiences number of times. Very difficult to get hold of and when we can not very helpful at all. I’d never recommend anyone to use this estate agency. You will be utterly disappointed ????

12th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)Website photos not curated - Best photo ( house) not kept as first, least attractive (plot ) became first image. Leaving / termination of contract letter lists people who never viewed the property.
