15th Apr 2026 (22 days ago)I've sold 2 properties with Jason and the team and wouldn't go anywhere else. The service I received was excellent. I was regularly updated on the sale progression and any queries were responded to immediately. One of the key factors in choosing Connells was that they're not pushy, they don't need to be as they genuinely offer a professional service where the customer is at the heart of everything they do. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

Having been let down previously by a letting agent i was very apprehensive about letting out my property again but what a difference it made letting through them. I can't recommend them enough. They were extremely helpful and professional throught. No matter the issue, it was fixed immediately. I would like to say a huge thank you to Tim and Sharon who made the 6 years stress free.
23rd Jan 2024 (2 years ago)Jacob has been the most helpful and patient estate agent we've had the pleasure of dealing with, and believe me, there's been quite a few! Jacob understood exactly the type of property we were looking for from our the first meeting. He suggested multiple properties that matched our criteria and were available for viewings, making our experience so much easier because we didn't have to spend hours trawling through properties sites anymore. He was able to book the viewings at times that suited our needs and accomidated our every request. If you're looking for an estate agent that will make your property search easy and stress free, look no further.
5th May 2026 (2 days ago)Very poor communication, failing to even acknowlege emails let alone act on them. Pushing to keep reducing the price in a race to the bottom but failed to generate a single viweing in three months. Property keys kept in two desk drawers and when I went to collect mine it took 20 minutes to find them. They will claim their system was down but keys should be kept in a key safe. They also tried to hand me the wrong keys.
21st Apr 2026 (16 days ago)I went through William H Brown to view houses. When i viewed one house in witwell it was decrepit and upon leaving the house an Agent Naomi said that she would give me a call for an update on getting back to the landlord and then never did. I had to keep chasing up for updates and i didnt feel like i was looked after at all. I phoned in a couple days later to find out the house had been taken already by another agency but i never got an update to tell me. I then went to connells and met the lovely freya and yasmin who showed me a great house that i then put a holding deposit down all because of their great hospitality. If you want great customer service id look across the street -10/10

Ryan evaluated our property and suggested a price, he came over as friendly and professional so we decided to go with them. We had two viewings booked straight away and we sold our house in a week (in December). We mostly dealt with Matt and he was always on top of keeping us informed of what was going on. We moved at the end of March and are now happy in our new home. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Winkworth’s Deeping again.

From the beginning, the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions I had. Buying a first home can be quite stressful, but they made the whole process feel much more manageable by keeping me updated and explaining each step clearly. A special thank you to Ellie, who was particularly helpful throughout. She was always responsive, supportive, and happy to chase things up when needed, which made a big difference in keeping everything moving smoothly. 18th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)Michael and his team at Frank Modern gave us a great service from start to finish.They are a very friendly team, and always very easy to get hold off. They completed the valuation, and great photos of our home for right move quickly. They also advised how best to generate interest, advising on the right price point. The team completed all our viewings, which we found easy to arrange with them. Once we sold our house the service Tracey provided was 5*, she communicated regularly with us and our buyers. We would recommend selling through Frank Modern.

I knew she was working to sell my flat for me, it wasn't listed and left! All the staff were helpful and performed their role impeccably. Communication was easy, through Whatsapp and the street portal. I can highly recommend their services.

Freya showed me around the house making jokes throughout which made for a great viewing experience. I hope if i were to use Connells again that we would have freya to look after us 11/10 experience
