James and Jane were so professional, efficient and personable from start to finish. Selling a house with them was such a positive experience. We sold our house with Ark in just few weeks from it being advertised, vs 6 months with another agency (who only did 2 viewings within that time!). Special shout out to Eddy for the initial valuation and support, Toby and Matt for the viewings and Lauren for keeping us regularly updated throughout the process. I’ve never worked with such a great and dedicated team ????
27th Mar 2024 (23 days ago)I have previously rented houses with two different agencies and have always been treated 5 stars, the first time I tried to rent a house with Connells I was really disappointed and I don't plan on going back, how can someone who is working with clients be so rude? Lack of communication lack of commitment lack of interest, I felt completely neglected, I always worked and I would never try to rent a house if I didn't have the income to do so.

23rd Jan 2024 (12 weeks ago)Jacob has been the most helpful and patient estate agent we've had the pleasure of dealing with, and believe me, there's been quite a few! Jacob understood exactly the type of property we were looking for from our the first meeting. He suggested multiple properties that matched our criteria and were available for viewings, making our experience so much easier because we didn't have to spend hours trawling through properties sites anymore. He was able to book the viewings at times that suited our needs and accomidated our every request. If you're looking for an estate agent that will make your property search easy and stress free, look no further.
21st Nov 2023 (21 weeks ago)After my great review last year, I am afraid that this year I have to give a rather disappointing rate. I requested to change of bank account for rent to transfer back in Dec 2020 and my rental agreement renewed in March. I emailed to the branch manager, to ensure its all updated. She said its in the system. When it came to March, the rent went to my old account, so I emailed again, she asked me to resend the form again. She told me it was all in the system. To have a peace of mind, I called the credit control and they told me the bank account hasn't updated. So I called, and she told me I need to add a signature same as the agreement, which I did immediately. I was told the rent would be transferred yesterday or today. I didn't receive any statement or rent. I called the accounts department again to find out she was sending the blank form to them, so they are holding the payment. The accounts department told me they now received the form but it would take a process to get approval from administration and it will be more delay. I am totally shocked as to how come a simple bank account change is so complicated. Considering, I sent this request back in December last year. I feel that they passing the ball around and not sorting things out. I have to made around 8 calls and few emails to try to sort this out. As a landlord, the late rent income meaning I have to pay late charges somewhere. I really am disappointed and stress out to deal with this, which I shouldn't have to spend my time calling around their department to ensure things to sort out. Though I didn't want to make a fuss about it, but I though I needed to share my experience here. (old review in 2019) Very impressed with the great improvement of the letting services. Ann and her team has done a fantastic job to find me new tenants within couple of weeks. Great communication keeping me in the loop all the time. Highly recommended to all landlords looking for good professional and reliable estate agent in the area.

7th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)Very pleased with the service we received from SQ. We got good advice on a strategy and sold the house very quickly. Katie kept on top of the solicitors and the rest of the chain to ensure everyone was proceeding, and that I knew what was going on. Excellent service.

The standard of clean expected is always incredibly high, Beebys go above and beyond to ensure that properties are clean and well presented for new tenants. The team at Beebys are professional, yet approachable. Always friendly and appreciative. They are an absolute joy to communicate with. We would, and do, recommend them to friends and family who are looking for properties to let or buy.
17th Apr 2024 (2 days ago)They initially overvalued the property by a significant amount vs what we finally managed to sell for. They also didn't initially do what they said they would in terms of advertising and the communication was spotty at the start. I then called to raise my concerns, ended up dealing with the manager and things really got much better from then on. All the issues were fixed, we started getting loads of viewings and the communications were excellent. That's why we stayed with them after our sole mandate contract ran out. Things go wrong but it's how you deal with that that counts. And they dealt with it very professionally. If w definitely use them again.
20th Dec 2023 (17 weeks ago)Very rude staff answered the phone, I booked a viewing with them, and got lost I found a place to pack my car and messaged them, the house is inaccessible with a car I then packed somewhere to walk, when I got there I called them and staff was rude I was late,I explained to her that I was expecting a call from them as I had sent a message earlier saying I was lost.They said they had seen the message and its not their job to ring me.Bunch of jokers not prepared to follow sale through.If you want to sell your house stay away from this bunch of time wasters.I have seen better services from other agents.I wish could give a 0 star Good Ridiance

People arrange viewings to suit work times and this is irresponsible and unprofessional.
