17th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)I would absolutely recommend this agent.<br><br>We have previously sold a property with them and have recently bought a new one from them - on both occasions we have had great experiences.<br><br>Good communication, reliability and efficiency throughout - even though we were the buyers, not the clients, in the last transaction.<br><br>Jane is just fabulous - if she says she will do something, she won’t let you down, and will go above and beyond to make sure you know whats happening, chasing and seeking clarity. This is everything I’d want from an agent which unfortunately, most say they will do, but don’t then deliver.<br><br>Regal park definitely deliver and look after their sellers and buyers properly.<br><br>Thank you all (Jane in particular) for making the most recent transaction much easier than it could have been for our family!

They ensured that what is -with the best will in the world - rather a stressful process, became as hassle-free an experience as possible.<br>What is more, they found us a buyer incredibly quickly. Our sales negotiator at the Stamford office, Ms Bennie, responded extremely sensitively to the type of property we were selling and therefore ensured that only the most sympathetic of potential viewers were shown around the house.<br>Thereafter, all subsequent sale negotiations were handled speedily, courteously, and to everyone’s satisfaction.<br>We would not hesitate to use Savills in Stamford again – and indeed, are about to do so!<br><br>Further to the above - we have just sold a second property through Savills in Stamford. Ms Victoria Short was our first contact and was really superb at suggesting the best way to market our property - AND any changes we might like to make before the process began. With Ms Bennie who has handled the final negotiations, Ms Caisley and the wonderful viewings team, the process throughout has been hugely supportive and highly efficient. I couldn't recommend them enough - and have recently done so to a couple in our village who are about to add their names to the Savills client list.

Naz was always available to answer my questions and responded to my emails promptly, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Sarah made my ID verification process so much easier, which meant I didn’t have to travel back and forth from London. That was a huge help, especially with my busy work schedule. They both went above and beyond to accommodate my needs right up until the moment the keys were handed over to me. Thank you both for your professionalism, dedication, and support. I truly appreciate everything you did. ??

20th Jul 2026 (16 days ago)Would give zero stars if I could. Shocking way to conduct business. Messed around with property number 1. Then got told that there would be another one that suited us. Called to find out more then we were told it had one less bedroom than we required. Chased for updates and got nothing. Was promised a phone call back in ‘ten minutes’. Heard nothing so chased again and then got told there was no one to speak to. Insisted that someone call me the next day and was promised they would. 2 weeks later and still I’m yet to hear anything. They could have my dream home and I still wouldn’t entertain them. Extremely rude on the phone and clearly a shambles

But communication and updates could have been better- 5th Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)I found the whole experience wonderful all the staff where brilliant and so helpful they couldn't do enough for you each member of staff where so good and helpful it didn't matter how many times you phoned or went in they didn't mind Claudio was brilliant Ella showed all my viewers round and was brilliant Ryan was always there answering questions paul and peter where there to help I found the whole experience very rewarding and would reccomend the yaxley branch to anyone the experience of moving is so stressful but they all made easier everyone in the office couldn't do enough for and to make the experiance as easy as possible we got there in the end thanks to all the staff at yaxley

He has been nothing short of amazing from start to finish. Buying a house can be incredibly stressful, especially after a previous collapse in the chain. But Jamie went above and beyond to make the transition as smooth as possible. He was constantly communicating, keeping us updated at every single stage and proactively chasing solicitors to make sure nothing stalled. He truly went the extra mile and exceeded all our expectations!

16th Jun 2026 (7 weeks ago)I recently purchased a house from Harrison rose and i have to say the service i received from them was outstanding the whole way through, and they weren’t even my estate agent! Between a long chain and my solicitor not being the quickest the whole thing took longer than I had hoped but Sonya and Paul were amazing throughout, sending frequent updates as to where we were along the way and even helping to chase my slow solicitor. As a first time buyer the process was a little stressful but their understanding and patience made it all much easier. I have no plans of selling but if i ever do, i know exactly who I'm going to use.

24th Jul 2026 (12 days ago)Thomas Morris are great to rent from, can’t speak as a landlord but as a tenant they ensured I was well looked after during my tenancy and afterwards regarding my deposit.<br><br>Sue who did my inspections was wonderful and Sheetal who handled my check out/deposit was also very helpful.

Tried to take our whole deposit due to apparently not giving notice when moving but we had, Gemma didn’t communicate within the work place. Had to keep contacting them to get a response about our deposit. No one ever replied unless we had emailed them 4/5 times. Very quick to be on your case when needing something but slow as a snail if you need anything sorted. Was very rude down the phone to my partner at one point.

Beth was an absolute rock throughout the entire process. She was amazingly patient, always proactive with updates, and communicated with such clarity and empathy. 2nd Aug 2026 (3 days ago)I don't usually leave reviews, but having worked in estate agency myself and bought and sold several properties over the years, I feel I'm in a position to provide an informed and balanced perspective.<br><br>I chose Sharman Quinney on a fee of around 1% plus VAT, and unfortunately the level of service I received didn't justify that cost.<br><br>From the outset there were communication issues. I repeatedly tried calling the branch but couldn't get through. When I visited the office, I mentioned this and was told the phones were working. I then called the branch while standing there and none of the phones rang, clearly showing there was a problem. I was told it would be looked into, but I never received any follow-up.<br><br>When valuing my property, I was told there was already a list of potential applicants who may be interested. However, as far as I could tell, those applicants were never contacted. Instead, the marketing appeared to rely almost entirely on Rightmove and Zoopla rather than proactive matching from an applicant database.<br><br>Communication throughout the sale was disappointing. It was often difficult to get calls returned despite leaving voicemails and emails. Viewing feedback was another frustration. Rather than being contacted promptly after viewings, I regularly had to chase for feedback myself, sometimes waiting several days without hearing anything.<br><br>I was also disappointed with the handling of negotiations. We accepted an offer, only to discover around two weeks later that the buyers were still actively viewing other properties. The negotiator was aware of this but didn't make us aware before we accepted the offer. Had we known, it would have influenced our decision-making.<br><br>The communication with buyers also appeared lacking. When the buyers requested a second viewing, we declined because we no longer wished to proceed with them. Despite this, the buyers still arrived at our property at the agreed time, suggesting our decision had not been passed on.<br><br>Once the property was on the market, there was very little proactive contact from the branch unless I initiated it. As a client, I expected more regular updates, even if there had been nothing significant to report.<br><br>My final concern relates to security. After taking the property off the market, we collected our keys from the branch. We were not asked for any identification, proof of address, or even our names before being handed the keys. Given that these keys provide access to someone's home, I found this extremely concerning and below the standard I would expect from any estate agency.<br><br>I appreciate that buying and selling property is a complex process and that not every sale runs smoothly. However, my concerns relate primarily to communication, proactivity and basic procedures rather than the outcome itself. Based on my experience, I wouldn't use this branch again and hope this feedback is taken constructively to improve the service for future clients.
