Whilst I originally hoped to view one property, they were very open about it being very popular but sign-posted me to another that turned out to be perfect for myself and my family. The whole process was so smooth and unlike a lot of other agencies, Murrays are really personable and don't have a clinical approach to clients- they are just professionals that are doing right by their clients. Eleanor gave a very thorough service but all the staff were so friendly and helpful. My family and I plan to buy in the area at some point and we will definitely go through Murry Sales having had such a positive experience already.

She was completely transparent, highly respectful, and extremely patient with all of our questions and needs up until the day we moved. Her clear communication made what could have been a stressful process feel effortless and comfortable.

24th Aug 2026 (26 days ago)I cannot praise Sharman Quinney enough. We worked with Lauren Jones, who helped us sell our house extremely quickly after we had found a house we loved. Unfortunately, we missed out on the original property but Lauren and the team went door knocking locally to find us an alternative property that we loved even more that we have had our offer accepted on, all in the space of around 2 weeks!<br>Communication with Lauren and the team is excellent, no matter who you speak to on the phone everyone has knowledge of where you’re at in the process and they couldn’t have been more helpful.<br>We would definitely recommend and would work with Sharman Quinney again in the future.<br><br>Lauren, thank you so much!

We didn't have the easiest journey (no fault of theirs) with a few difficult buyers but we got there in the end. Constant communication and updates and every member of the team are friendly, helpful and polite. Would recommend!
5th Jul 2026 (11 weeks ago)I found the whole experience wonderful all the staff where brilliant and so helpful they couldn't do enough for you each member of staff where so good and helpful it didn't matter how many times you phoned or went in they didn't mind Claudio was brilliant Ella showed all my viewers round and was brilliant Ryan was always there answering questions paul and peter where there to help I found the whole experience very rewarding and would reccomend the yaxley branch to anyone the experience of moving is so stressful but they all made easier everyone in the office couldn't do enough for and to make the experiance as easy as possible we got there in the end thanks to all the staff at yaxley

The team was professional, friendly, responsive, and made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free. Communication was excellent, and they were always helpful whenever I had a question. 2nd Sep 2026 (17 days ago)The staff were amazing, both with the selling and buying my two homes. I first came across H-C when I moved to Kettering, buying through them. They were so helpful I asked them to sell my property 3 years later. To be honest, if it wasn’t for their hard work I do not think my sale and purchase would have gone through. I would 100% recommend the Kettering branch.

All units sold extremely well in a difficult market. We acquired the land via Woodfords in the first place and although not obligated to sell via them, the loyalty and trust we placed in them was fully justified.

Grace was friendly and approachable from the off and has been in touch throughout the purchasing process. What we liked the most was that if Grace didn’t know the answer to one of our questions she went away and found out rather than making something up. We really valued this honest approach and it set the foundations for us to trust Osprey and want to purchase through them. Thank you!

From start to finish, the whole process ran smoothly, Artistry pay attention to every detail from photography to elegant write ups which really do capture the individual features of their properties. The whole team are incredibly professional, friendly and knowledgeable and you feel like you are getting something more personal and unique to other estate agents. I’m not quite sure how they made what should have been a very stressful experience, feel straightforward and totally under control. The team kept us well informed throughout the process and were always available to answer all our questions.
