From the sensible sales valuation by Emma (priced accurately to sell in a tough market) through to the timely completion managed by Sonja, they were professional, polite, efficient, considerate, knowledgeable and empathetic. I’ve bought/sold 7 houses and this was the easiest process of all those transactions.

Having used a different estate agent for several months before without success we moved to Newton Fallowell and found them to be very proactive. We sold the house in relatively quick time. They were also very patient as it took quite some time to get the grant of probate and in fact it was only granted just in time for the sale. I would thoroughly recommend them.

We loved the very first house they showed us and put in an application, which was processed quickly and efficiently.<br><br>The team were thorough and prompt with every reply, and guided us through each step of the process. We've now got the keys to our new home and absolutely love it. We're so excited to start this new chapter in Stamford.<br><br>Would recommend to anyone looking to rent!
16th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)I had three unaccompanied viewings and sold my property through SQ. The company did good photography and marketed the property and that's where their helpfulness stopped. The lack of communication through the whole sale process was diabolical. They withheld information and made a stressful process ten times worse. Would not sell through them again.

Managing the sale from overseas added some complexity, but Paul made it incredibly straightforward, regularly keeping me updated, providing useful market feedback and often responding well outside normal working hours to accommodate the significant time difference.<br><br>What stood out most was how proactive and personally involved he was throughout. All units sold extremely well in a difficult market. We acquired the land via Woodfords in the first place and although not obligated to sell via them, the loyalty and trust we placed in them was fully justified.
