1st Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)Fodens did a great job of selling our property at a competitive price. When choosing agents, Fodens showed far more engagement with the property than other local companies, who gave the impression that it was just another property. Jenny 'got' our quirky, character property and this enthusiasm was clear in the marketing material, and no doubt was evident during viewings. We were selling at distance, as this was a probate sale, so not the most straightforward circumstances, further complicated by the death of our mother mid-process. Jenny was very understanding and managed to keep this process as stress free as we could have wished. We never met Jenny in person but it didn't feel like it. Well done to her and the team at Fodens for driving this sale over the line so smoothly.

30th May 2026 (21 days ago)Despite there not being a sale I felt well informed by the team at all times. They arranged plenty of viewings but just not the right one for a sale. I would use them again when I go back on the market.
