   McKenzie Smith have been fantastic with our first ever purchase! Throughout the whole process Nick and Adam have always kept us informed with updates and were always quick to respond back with any questions we had.<br>Which gave me such a peace of mind.<br>We had dealt with another estate agent (well known one) with a property that had structural issues and didn’t feel as though they cared when we explained our reasoning to why we couldn’t go ahead, just wanted us gone.<br>So to have gone from that experience to McKenzie Smith was such a relief.    We have recently let our property with Bourne and our experience so far has been very positive, particularly with Kathryne Hopkins. Throughout the months leading up to our decision to let our property there was quite a lot of uncertainty due to delays with my international job relocation. Kathryne was very reassuring, patient, and professional in handling our individual circumstances. The viewings were handled promptly and efficiently and our property was let within days of it being advertised. This allowed for a 2 day gap between us moving out and our tenants moving in - this is fantastic from a cash flow perspective as a landlord! We look forward to continuing to work with Bourne and highly recommend to landlords, especially first time landlords, based on our experience to date.... Read more
