Communication was excellent throughout, and we were always given comprehensive feedback after viewings.<br><br>Once we had accepted an offer, the high level of customer service continued. Hayley Levy in Sales Progression was an essential part of the process. She was proactive, kept everything moving as quickly as possible, and was always on hand to keep us updated.<br><br>We are incredibly grateful to the whole team for making what can be a stressful process as smooth and straightforward as possible. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bridges.

The process was not straightforward, as our original buyer's chain collapsed when they lost their own purchaser. The team handled this professionally, helped secure a new buyer and kept the sale moving forward. Jonathan was excellent from the outset, Caroline did a fantastic job progressing the transaction through a lengthy and detailed conveyancing process, and Martin and James were always available when needed. What stood out most was the wider team. Whenever we called the office, whoever answered took ownership of the query, followed things up and came back to us when promised. We always felt informed and supported. Selling a house is rarely stress free, but Hamptons Fleet made the process as smooth as possible and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

24th Apr 2026 (14 weeks ago)I made several attempts to contact them, but unfortunately, my calls were neither answered nor returned, even after leaving voicemail messages. This was highly unprofessional. I was primarily dealing with Gavin, and regrettably, he did not respond to my messages either. Additionally, I received no follow-up after viewing the property. It gave the impression that a decision may already have been made in favour of another buyer, and that my interest was not given genuine consideration. Unparalleled local knowledge combined with many years’ experience and faultless integrity put them head and shoulders over their competitors.<br>They tick all the boxes twice over with added enthusiasm and professionalism with nothing you ask being too much trouble.<br><br>All the staff I spoke to were helpful and friendly but a special mention to Nina who repeatedly went out of her way to help with nothing being too much trouble for her. Chris is a true master with an encyclopaedic knowledge of the area with a positive down-to-earth approach that gets thing done and quickly.<br><br>I can honestly recommend them to anyone thinking of buying or selling a property whatever the size or value. You will not be disappointed.

Would reply within 24 hours to any queries over email and normally call back within the hour if needed.

The transaction was on the verge of collapsing until Darren stepped in and pulled all parties together to make the necessary changes. Right at the most critical time. Without Darren’s positive attitude and communication skills, I’m sure the transaction would’ve collapsed. Very grateful to Darren for this and I would recommend his services in future!

Moving house is incredibly stressful, but having an estate agent who is honest, transparent, and keeps you updated every step of the way makes all the difference.<br><br>This also had a private private sale in the chain, so there were plenty of unknowns, but Michael made the whole process feel straightforward and easy. His communication has been excellent throughout, always keeping us informed of every development, unlike many estate agents. He has gone above and beyond to make everything run as smoothly as possible, and his professionalism and dedication have been a breath of fresh air.<br><br>Thank you, Michael, for making such a stressful experience so much easier.
