We have purchased our forever home and I am very happy with the agents who dealt with our purchase so well. I highly recommend them.
7th Dec 2024 (7 mo. ago)Mr. Colin McKenzie, the Abbotfox Norwich office Branch manager/partner was most helpful to me. He knew the market well and ,quoted me the correct price for the property so I got offers quickly. It was a vacant property for some time and he connected me with an insurance agent that carried insurance on vacant properties, which on my own, I would have never been able to. He was prompt, and took photos of my place in less than 24 hours to expedite the listing of the property. He was diligent and fast, and arranged for the cleaning crew so the property could be shown asap. Later on, there were some obstacles with the gas meter installation etc, he went above and beyond and researched the different suppliers of the gas meters and installation and arranged for them to do the testing. He spent a lot of time on my little property. . He also had a very agile mind and formulated different scenarios and the pros and cons of each action taken, so that I could come to an easy and logical decision. He was very kind and understood my situation and the urgency of selling the property . Even when the buyer had difficult demands, Colin never gave up encouraging me to soldier on, and now today, the sale was completed and I am very happy and grateful to Colin.

I'd like to especially thank Theo who worked diligently throughout the process to keep me informed and answer any questions I had. I got responses almost instantly and I am so grateful for the patience and kindness he showed throughout the process, as it was a first time purchase. Everything went smoothly and the purchase was complete in a matter of weeks due to brown & co's help.

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. All staff were friendly ,helpful and efficient.David who showed people around our property was very professional. Natalie Howlett -Clarke was outstanding, her negotiating skills were impressive, she updated us on all developments in a pleasant and very competent way and was very supportive throughout.

13th Nov 2024 (7 mo. ago)Used Mills Knight for a flat, really good service from start to finish. Had a couple of small issues upon moving in (electricity was in debt for example) but Mills Knight were great with rectifying any issues of this nature. I then got a new job and needed to leave Norwich and Mills Knight could not have been more hospitable and helpful. I would highly recommend Mills Knight. Special mention for Charlie and Rebecca who have been excellent throughout the process. Thank you.

10th Jun 2025 (4 weeks ago)Although the process of selling the bungalow was long and protracted (not the fault of Longsons) at all time the staff were extremely professional and went that extra mile to keep up to date as the sale progressed. The Watton office team are extremely customer focused and very supportive in what could potentially be a stressful time. I particularly would like to extend my personal thanks a member of staff Mr Ryan Herring for his help, assistance and professionalism......an excellent ambassador for Longsons.

I haven't got a bad thing to say about them, we dealt with Dan throughout the whole process and I have never known an agent to be so responsive and honest. We booked a very last minute 2nd viewing on the property to make sure we wanted to go ahead which Dan accommodated. We had the memorandum of sale the day after. When we booked our survey which Dan co-ordinated between surveyor and vendor. It was discovered their was Woodworm in the loft and Dan got this dealt with for us promptly. Any questions we had he was more than willing to help and always responded promptly. I really highly advise using Heritage Homes, I wish we used them for the sale of our property as that was a very different experience with who we used. Thank you to Dan and everyone at Heritage ????
