We have just bought a house through Savills. We were assisted through the process by Michaela. Having not bought a house for nearly 20 years, it was good to have someone from Savills to help us through the process. For a number of reasons, not caused in any way by Savills, it was not an easy purchase. Michaela was available at the end of the phone or email to help us through the difficult and complex process. She kept us up-to-date and acted as an intermediary between us and the sellers. An excellent service from Ben Rivett and his team at Savills. Ben’s communication throughout the sale process could not be faulted. From the initial valuation, the production of the marketing brochure with photos and literature about the property, through to the viewings and the follow ups with the prospective purchasers. After approximately 12 viewings within two weeks from the start of the marketing, we received several offers and exchanged contracts 4 weeks later. Ben was always prompt in returning my calls, often at weekends, and he was always friendly and helpful with his advice. The team at the office in Norwich were friendly, efficient, and informative and the viewing agent was excellent with the prospective purchasers. I had previously received a glowing recommendation about Ben from friends who had recently sold their substantial home in our town.
