The Covid pandemic has not made it easy to sell our beautiful 17th century cottage with having to make many challenging decisions along the way! Had the most horrific experience with this agent. Totally unprofessional. Promised us the house twice. On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property.
