They were brilliant from showing me properties right up to exchange. They even stayed a bit later on my exchange day with the manage wearing his fab Christmas jumpe ensuring I got my key after a long day of issues. Thank you west coast and I hope you enjoyed your team Christmas meal that day. Sorry for the late review but thank you for your help.

Considering Rue had only been in the job for a week or so she was very professional, smart, knowledgeable about the area and extremely polite. I would highly recommend Woods if looking to rent a property, the process was easy from start to finish.
25th Nov 2024 (7 weeks ago)Highly recommend Harris and Lee. They took over from an alternative local estate agent whose service was very poor. We have been super impressed with Harris and Lee. Jack kept us updated on a weekly basis and even drove to Cardiff for my signature on an essential document, then to my brother for his signature and delivered the documents to the solicitors. You certainly won’t get better service than that. Thank you Jack. Adam great too

She was friendly and professional and put us at our ease straight away. Questions throughout the process were answered in a timely fashion. Picking up the keys was hassle free and efficiently done. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. 2nd Aug 2024 (24 weeks ago)I Changed Agents to Housefox after my previous sale fell through at 3.5 months of the selling process. Note to sellers…….. if your buyers are Cash Buyers make absolutely sure your agent gets proof of funds…………. and double check this early on in the process. Housefox were really great and I would definately recommend.

6th Dec 2024 (6 weeks ago)Tom showed us the home we went on to buy and we thought he did such a good job that we used him for our sale too! We looked at other homes where the agents couldn't answer any questions about the properties we were looking at and they rushed us around with 10 minute appointments. Tom was always generous with his appointment viewing timings and we wanted that for our buyers too, hence selecting him for the sale Tom was brilliant at keeping everything in the chain moving and he made a really stressful experience less so with his frequent and timely communications
