15th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)I’ve got to say that this was the most stress free estate agent experience I’ve ever had. Ryan Davies and his team were so attentive and professional every step of the way. A huge thank you also to Sam, who found me a buyer and to Hannah who showed my house several times. Ryan came and listed my property with beautiful photography and amazing drone footage, and he had a professional but friendly manner. Ryan also recommended to me the property that I’ve ended up buying, and Sam showed me round (and was very patient throughout my excitement and exuberance). Ryan also put me in touch with a wonderful solicitor, as well as talked me through the legalities involved, which has completely eradicated the stress and sleepless nights from the process. I cannot recommend Saxons highly enough. They are a fantastic company with a highly competent, friendly, brilliant team.

5th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)Cannot say much as I never really had much personal contact with the selling agency….. . Unfortunately I guess my property being a “Holiday flat” was not the right time to sell during the Autumn/Winter….. I have now other means of moving to my permanent property and hope to be settled soon…. This property may well be rented till we find out what we will be doing…….
10th Sep 2026 (8 days ago)This is an honest review of what service I received. I spoke to the manager and the level of service I received from Adam was the only reason they didn’t get one star. First of all the original description was very vague and I had to request a more detailed description. The biggest issue I had was I requested only one thing. My indoor cat wasn’t to be let out so I asked that no exterior door be left open for any reason. I have indoor cameras and on two occasions I saw my external door left open with no care at all if my cat escapes. The final straw was on completion day I retained a set of keys just to be safe and when the new owners turned up to receive the keys from the estate agent they didn’t have them and I had to all down to give them my set (which I was keeping until I knew they had a set). Not a great service and I have kept the video of the doors being left open if management claim it didn’t happen.
