Unfortunately I guess my property being a “Holiday flat” was not the right time to sell during the Autumn/Winter….. I have now other means of moving to my permanent property and hope to be settled soon…. This property may well be rented till we find out what we will be doing…….
10th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)This is an honest review of what service I received. I spoke to the manager and the level of service I received from Adam was the only reason they didn’t get one star. First of all the original description was very vague and I had to request a more detailed description. The biggest issue I had was I requested only one thing. My indoor cat wasn’t to be let out so I asked that no exterior door be left open for any reason. I have indoor cameras and on two occasions I saw my external door left open with no care at all if my cat escapes. The final straw was on completion day I retained a set of keys just to be safe and when the new owners turned up to receive the keys from the estate agent they didn’t have them and I had to all down to give them my set (which I was keeping until I knew they had a set). Not a great service and I have kept the video of the doors being left open if management claim it didn’t happen.

21st Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Missed a call from a lady for a viewing, called back to kindly arrange another meeting (and advise email might be best as I work in a busy environment and wouldn’t want to waste their time with missed calls).<br><br>The man who answered was highly unprofessional; answered abruptly, fair enough (may have been having a bad day), then was just really rude and unhelpful. Blunt and quite sarcastic. I am new to buying a house but from the lovely reception I’ve had from other estate agents, I’d advise this steer well clear of this one. Sadly I didn’t get the gentleman’s name.
