15th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)I’ve got to say that this was the most stress free estate agent experience I’ve ever had. Ryan Davies and his team were so attentive and professional every step of the way. A huge thank you also to Sam, who found me a buyer and to Hannah who showed my house several times. Ryan came and listed my property with beautiful photography and amazing drone footage, and he had a professional but friendly manner. Ryan also recommended to me the property that I’ve ended up buying, and Sam showed me round (and was very patient throughout my excitement and exuberance). Ryan also put me in touch with a wonderful solicitor, as well as talked me through the legalities involved, which has completely eradicated the stress and sleepless nights from the process. I cannot recommend Saxons highly enough. They are a fantastic company with a highly competent, friendly, brilliant team.

The process was very well handled by Stevie Worgan who really helped us get the deal completed. Thanks also to the team who showed us round the properties.
29th Oct 2025 (10 mo. ago)From the valuation right up until being SSTC (which we are at present so cannot comment any further as I don’t have a crystal ball!) Sam has been absolutely fantastic. He was very honest during the valuation, did not try to pressure sell us, and allowed us to come back to him in our own time after obtaining other valuations. We felt it was an honest and fair valuation that had market evidence to back it up. Sam set up a WhatsApp group which was so helpful for quick communication, and we managed to sell our house in 2 weeks. He also helped us with knowing what and how to offer on our next property, which we have now secured. Even still through the sale process Sam and the team are always on hand if our buyers have any questions for us, or we have any questions in general. He was also a great help in helping us find decent local solicitors. Very smooth process so far - far above expectations.

10th Sep 2026 (9 days ago)This is an honest review of what service I received. I spoke to the manager and the level of service I received from Adam was the only reason they didn’t get one star. First of all the original description was very vague and I had to request a more detailed description. The biggest issue I had was I requested only one thing. My indoor cat wasn’t to be let out so I asked that no exterior door be left open for any reason. I have indoor cameras and on two occasions I saw my external door left open with no care at all if my cat escapes. The final straw was on completion day I retained a set of keys just to be safe and when the new owners turned up to receive the keys from the estate agent they didn’t have them and I had to all down to give them my set (which I was keeping until I knew they had a set). Not a great service and I have kept the video of the doors being left open if management claim it didn’t happen.

We had a long drawn out buying and selling process for various reasons and we were supported all of the way by Joseph who went above and beyond and of course the rest of the team. Thank you all very much.
