Moving home can be incredibly stressful, but having Jo in our corner made such a difference. Her care, support and determination meant so much to us throughout the whole process.<br><br>When completion day arrived and problems arose elsewhere in the chain, Jo was an absolute diamond. She went above and beyond to help keep everything moving, and I honestly don’t think we would have got it over the line without her.<br><br>Jo, thank you for everything you did for us. 21st Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Property is marked as sold, initially they valued my property price very low if I hadn’t argued yet it sold within two weeks after being put on the market. Communication is very slow, no updates at all, everything is just at stand still no updates of what’s happening, Ella doesn’t respond to emails at all sometimes.

From the start, Katie impressed me with her prompt reply to my initial enquiry on a Sunday. She may not have the experience of some of the others I met, but she certainly showed enthusiasm and understood the complexities of selling a holiday cottage. I was able to contact her easily and she kept me fully in the picture. A buyer was found within a month. Highly recommend.
