Phone calls were rarely returned, even if answered. on one occasion a reception lady told me some-one would contact me at 4pm. I waited in until 4:30 & was answered by answer machine...which informed me the office was closed from 4pm on that day.
I was sent `viewers` appointments without regard to convenience to myself.
Generally I was very disappointed with that agent.
A new agent has recently taken over...they seem dynamic & wanted to help in any way. Staff answered `phone every time & were most enlightened & helpful.

The local market knowledge was excellent. The plan for the sale of my house worked really well, in spite of my initial doubts. The photography for my advert was outstanding compared to other local estate agents. It really stood out as a key strength. The estate agent cost was a little more expensive than others but totally worth the difference. My house sold after a single day of viewings, I had 5 offers on that day and it went for 15k over the asking price. I was more than happy with William H Brown's services.

The team at William H Brown have provided the best service that you could possibly ask for. From the initial point of contact, they have been diligent, communicative and highly supportive, keeping us fully in the picture and taking the time to empathise with us as first time buyers. When a potentially devastating occurence put the future of our house purchase into question, the team went the extra mile and then some to resolve the issue (to stress, this was not an issue they caused) while providing impeccable customer service and duty of care.
