2nd Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Very bad service, lost tens thousands on tenant who did not pay them the rent, they did nothing had to chase constantly, very poor service by the male owner, not professional at all, they did not serve documents on bad tenants, lack of knowledge and would never use them or trust them. Had to get legal on them to gt anything. Aggressive owner and unprofessional disgusting behaviour.

12th Jul 2023 (2 years ago)Reccomend only for people who like to complain, for those who live life according steriotipical, conditioned life model 9-5, 5 days a week, drinking on Fridays, Saturdays having a hangover on Sundays, hating Mondays and watching TV every night. As this managing agent going always satisfy the complainant needs without trying understand and bring both parties for clear face to face communication. Yes I am writing this review because I am deeply upset with regards recent email from Eddie. As working from office gives him a very clear perception of what actually going on in a communal garden. Also I am going try to do my best to find my daughter's picture of her bruised leg after she tripped into a hole that had no cover in a communal garden at the beginning of our tenancy. Wishing for this agency to grow and develop new ways of communicating and bring people together rather than divide them in wrong and right. ???? P. S I just have a feeling that this agency just afraid of loosing false sense of control and are really based on fear. Plus I take full responsibility of the things kidos are doing in communal areas. ????

We were originally looking for our local estate agency online when Elite popped up. At first, we were not expecting much, but from the moment we spoke with them, they were professional, knowledgeable and very clear in their advice. I had seen similar listings to mine on Rightmove that had been sitting on the market for over seven months, so to receive the offer we did, over the asking price, was honestly mind-blowing. The property was sold off-market, which made the result even more impressive. Elite clearly had access to the right buyers and knew how to position the property properly. Everything was handled quickly, discreetly and professionally from start to finish. We also realised that Elite has agents located across London and beyond, which gave us the benefit of wider exposure rather than being limited to one local office. I am glad to say the debate of local estate agency versus hybrid agency was won by Elite. My wife said, “pleasant outcomes can come from mistakes,” and in this case she was absolutely right.
