I dealt with Tracey Nicholls who gave me some great advice and got me the house of my dreams. Tracey called me straight away with any news regarding offers etc and kept me in the loop, all the staff I dealt with had a friendly helpful nature. 9th Apr 2026 (17 weeks ago)Great to start with but once we signed contracts all communications stopped. We never received any updates at all, we had to chase them every time. We eventually gave notice in writing to terminate the contract and nobody bothered to contact us to ask why we were leaving? Very poor customer service

23rd Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)The lettings staff, Charly and Amber have both been extremely supportive and kind. They have worked their socks off to make a traumatic experience less so. My only wish is that phoning them would be less stressful as they are so busy and often already on the phone with other customers and landlords alike. However, this does not detract from their excellent service and their ability to go the extra mile. Thank you.

The staff have been really approachable in helping us find the right home and have been so quick to respond and relay messages throughout the purchase process. This has made the process much smoother and helped us get the move date we hoped for. I highly recommend using Pygott and Crone

20th Jul 2026 (15 days ago)I feel the marketing of my property was very poor. It was placed online and forgot about, no other marketing explored or attempts to get buyers in through the door. The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.

The process of finding somewhere to rent with Connells was exactly what you would hope for when you find yourself in such an urgent and stressful position.<br><br>James was helpful, friendly and swift when it came to arranging a viewing, seeing it, and making a decision on the property. Then the administrative side after was exactly the same experience from both James and Lottie, having it all sorted within 24 hours.<br><br>We'll absolutely be recommending and going to Connells again in future.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
