12th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)After choosing a 3 local estate agents in Barry to sell my property, and finding the 1st didn’t advertise on right move, the 2nd didn’t turn up, and the 3rd whist having a sale percentage actually had a minimum charge before the percentage kicked in, so I turned to Hoskins Morgan in Cardiff who I had previously had dealings with for a valuation. Thursday – Spoke with Caroline to arrange a Valuation Saturday - Brad did the valuation and photographs in the morning. Monday - Contract was signed lunchtime. Tuesday - Property was live on right move Wednesday - 2 viewings were confirmed by Caroline Friday - Suzanne did viewings Monday - A sale was agreed at my target figure That’s seriously impressive all round team performance. During the sale process I was constantly kept updated by Caroline, and when I rang the phone was always answered by a human, and I never once got an answer machine or a request to use my keypad. In my opinion the service offered can’t bettered, and when I’m selling again Hoskins Morgan will be 1st Choice

16th May 2024 (11 mo. ago)We interviewed 4 estate agents the agent from Jeffrey Ross arrived on time was very knowledgeable regarding the area. His report was with us within 90 minutes. He returned the next day after a short chat he got the the job. He is in regular contact and the house is now under offer!
18th Nov 2020 (4 years ago)I rented an executive property with Keylet at the beginning of March and can honestly say that the keylet team went above and beyond to make my rental experience a good one. As I have recently relocated to Wales I was a unaware of the local area etc to which Dan in the lettings department went out of his way to fill me in with all the good things to do, as well as recommend a lovely area to live. Reading the reviews I see a mixed bag of opinions, however I can hand on my heart recommend the Keylet team to provide you with a property that will leave you feeling proud, secure and satisfied. If I ever find myself wanting to move again I will be using the team at Keylet.

Further to the great support they sold the property on the first day!! You could not ask for more ????????????????

(11 reviews)28th Mar 2025 (30 days ago)As a Landlord of a property, I have being using J P Executive Lettings for the past 10 years - throughout this time the communication and service provided has always been fantastic. They take the stress out of finding reliable trustworthy tenants which is always taken care of in a timely manner resulting in no unoccupied loss of rent between tenancy changes. In addition, never in 10 years have I had a late payment from the carefully screened and sourced tenants they refer. J P Executive also manage in terms of guidelines and legislation as part of the tenancy agreements. Additional services such as contacts/tradespeople are also available if and when needed (deep cleans between tenancy changes and EPC certs). I highly recommend Jamie and the team, I personally would not use anyone else when it comes to a service partner for my property.

We were happy with the process from start to finish and the time and effort Rachel put in to selling our house, plus finding us our dream home was much appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble and Rachel was always on hand to give us advice and provide updates/feedback after each viewing. We would highly recommend if you want an honest and trustworthy agent that is passionate about selling your home but also taking into account your requirements and getting it right for you.

Their professionalism truly stood out — they were efficient, helpful, and made everything feel so easy. I'm really happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent. Great experience overall!
31st Jul 2024 (8 mo. ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could
