3rd Sep 2026 (14 days ago)Average service had to chase up due to lack of communication. They did my first house viewing and the information given to the viewer was incorrect so need to learn about the house more before viewing so I did my viewing.

From the very beginning, they were extremely professional, helpful and genuinely committed to making the whole process as smooth as possible.<br><br>Laura was always approachable, responsive and kept us updated throughout the process. Robert was also incredibly helpful and professional, and it was clear that they both genuinely cared about achieving the best possible outcome for us.<br><br>Selling a house can be stressful, especially when there are unexpected delays and complications, but having Laura and Robert supporting us made a huge difference. Our house was on with two estate agents and newton fallowell got a lot more viewings through the door therefore clearly marketed the house well.- 3rd Sep 2026 (14 days ago)No problems with agent as most of work done by the man at the Trust with whom I bought the house!

I was initially a little hesitant after hearing from a neighbour that I might hardly hear from Rod, but I’m very happy to say I had absolutely nothing to worry about!<br><br>Aaron and Emily were fantastic — always quick to respond, keeping me regularly updated and incredibly helpful despite the time difference. I especially appreciated that they checked on the property regularly, which gave me great peace of mind while I was working within a budget. I understand there is normally a charge for this, as there was with most of the other agents I spoke to, so I really appreciated their courtesy in making the process as stress-free as possible for me while I was abroad.<br><br>They genuinely made what was a daunting process feel somewhat easier. I always felt comfortable reaching out whenever I was anxious or had a question, and there were many! I’m grateful for their support and would happily recommend the team at Alexander Jacob.
