They both delivered excellent client service and results which is what is now needed in the current rental environment. From finding tenants through to issuing documentation and changing over all of the bills they left nothing out. I would very much recommend them to other landlords.

31st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)If they had turned up early for the initial viewing as requested it would have been perfect ???????? but as it was the buyers, estate agent and us were all at the property at once, awkward. Otherwise they were a lovely helpful company to work with especially Rosie.
19th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)Michal was my contact at Cunninghams and me being a first time landlord, he made it very clear how the whole process works, what I need to be aware of with the new legislations, helped me understand things that I wasn't so clear on with being a new potential landlord and overall represented Cunninghams very well. He has great balance of being professional yet personable. Very knowledgeable, polite and overall I feel he portrayed trust which is very important to any landlord of course. I would highly recommend Michal and Cunninghams to anyone looking to rent out their property

Very professional explained everything to me making sure I was comfortable with everything .Definitely recommend

10th Aug 2026 (3 days ago)We have recently sold and bought a property with stuart charles estate agency from my first phone call I was extremly happy with the service given..Stuart your staff are a credit to your business, no matter when I called you helped answer my inquiry. I have to thank Tom for working hard before completion date. Your a star Michaela for the updates and going above and beyond to keep us on the correct path.especually when I was having a blip. Christie, what can I say from the first meeting we liked you, we walked into this bunglow and new instantly we wanted it , and you went above and beyond to help us secure it, and sold our house also ,csk tgank you your an exseptional young lady, abd i wish you every success through out your career. Completion day was stressful but you all kept us grounded. Regular updates and that phone call to say it had all gone through was lovely. So a big thank you Stuart , Leighanne and to your wonderful staff xx

17th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
27th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Young Residential is as good as it gets, I highly recommend it.<br>Duncan is professional, efficient and good to do business with.<br>He sold our house within 2 days of us placing it with the agency, and it all went smoothly until only 6 days before completion the buyer withdrew.<br>Duncan had it back on the market within hours, and it sold again the very next day. He really is good at his job!<br>His Sales Progression assistant Beccy is equally helpful, efficient & friendly, she gets things done; what more could you want?
