This is the fourth house we have sold and was unquestionably the best experience we have had. We chose Fine and Country by spreadsheeting the SSTC numbers of all the estate agents in our area and they came top. I attempted to purchase a property through this agency and, unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I have had. Throughout the process, inaccurate and misleading information was provided, which appeared to be aimed at progressing the sale. Communication was also very poor, with little to no proactive updates unless we repeatedly chased for information. Diabolical service. Never anyone available at the weekend to take calls regarding problems with property. No one cares that property needs maintenance work doing. At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours.
