Emily helped us in finding our home. She was very transparent, honest and efficient and helpful. Emily made the process as stress free as possible for us and even went the extra mile when we were viewing the property to encourage us to test things working such as how to buzz people into the flat etc. Emily was really helpful and managed to answer all of our questions and phone calls despite the amount of them and always in a lovely manner.
