Searching for a new home is even more stressful…<br><br>Last year, while searching for a new home in the Cotswolds, we had the good fortune to meet Tanya Hall from Carter Jonas Oxford. As well as having an incredible ability to showcase special properties, she is a master in the art of matchmaking tenants to landlords. She innately understands that for certain properties it is all about the relationship rather than simply getting a “deal” done.<br><br>Tanya was remarkably thoughtful and adept at helping us get to know our landlord and her team during the vetting phase. She was clear, transparent and always available to guide us through the process. At every point of the negotiation we felt heard and understood by Tanya.<br><br>Now almost a year into our tenancy, we could not be happier with our decision and as a distinct bonus, our landlords have become dear friends.<br><br>We could not be more thrilled with Tanya’s level of service. We would recommend her highly to anyone looking for a new dream home in the Cotswolds.

Also thanks to both Jack and James covering some of the viewings as well, all of which were extremely helpful and kept us up to date on the progress of these. Many thanks to Michelle who helped get the sale sorted through to completion. Again kept me well up to date, professional and helpful. Great team at Bayzos, they came well recommended to me and I would highly recommend them to others!<br>Thank you again!
27th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)May have been the market conditions but minimal viewings were booked. Many of which were no shows or cancellations on the day. Not the fault of the estate agent, however there was no adjustment to the online profile at any point to refresh the advert. Nothing posted on socials that I’m aware of either.

She kept me up to date and was very accommodating when I asked for any additional information.<br><br>Although there were several delays with the buyers side on my previous property, Krishnaa remained calm and professional and even passed on my apologies to the vendor as I was very conscious my side was holding up the completion.<br><br>We got there finally and I am very happy in my new home and would recommend Krishnaa and the team at Sell My Home for sure, thank you all
6th Aug 2026 (13 weeks ago)We sold our house to the owners parents and now working for Martin and Co Solihull. After 7 months, in which we had spent large amount on a survey of a house we wanted to buy, legal fees and searches, his parents arranged a private sale on a bungalow at a point we were due to complete. Utterly disgraceful and underhand. No contact from Carl Heming and absolutely no apology for the mess he has left us in. What disgraceful practice. Formal complaint being made to investigate ‘conflict of interest’ and now talking to our solicitors about formal legal action. Hemming now working for Martin and Co Solihull who have also provided wesk customer service. We do NOT recommend Carl Hemming in any way.
