No communication, no updates, they over value a property to get you on board and then you have to keep reducing the price because they cannot sell it. 2 years to sell a property during a time when all houses were flying off the shelves! Anything associated with Duckworths, I would stay well away unless you want to lose money. They don't care and it shows in their service.

My experience of Crown Estates was a perfect combination of exceptional professionalism, genuine care and outstanding value — I would recommend without hesitation. It’s difficult to put into words just how grateful I am to Lisa for everything she has done for me throughout the sale of my home. Selling a home, especially on your own, can be such a challenging and emotional process, but Lisa was incredibly patient, supportive and so generous with her time. There were moments when it felt like it might never happen, but she was always there — listening, reassuring me, talking things through. What stood out most was that she never made me feel like I was asking too much or that I was simply another client. She showed such warmth, care and understanding throughout, and went far beyond what I could ever have expected from an estate agent. Having Lisa alongside me made such a difference. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for anyone better to have been part of the journey. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for an estate agent who truly cares about their clients. They have guided me through the necessary steps and I feel very much at ease leaving everything in their clearly capable hands. All requests and queries have been responded to and dealt with very quickly and to a high standard. Many thanks to sonia. I would absolutely highly recommend! Update - after multiple properties let, my opinion hasn't changed. Duffins. have certainly proved they both talk and walk the walk! I now feel much more relaxed knowing my property is being managed through them. The whole team makes everything seamless and stress free. Communication is second to none - and they listen! Happy landlord

Especially Dannielle Britt and Scott Johnson their help and excellent service that I have received is a perfect way to interact with me as a client. They both treated me as a friend rather than just a client.

5th Jan 2026 (8 mo. ago)As a potential buyer it is very difficult to get through to these estate agents. I have waited over a week for them to get back to me regarding a viewing for properties. They seem to be very adverse to picking up the phone or replying to email enquiries if you are looking to either buy or sell your property I would personally stay clear from this Estate Agent. In addition to this the re occurring theme of discriminatory behaviour is very off putting in the previous reviews as well.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
