Dowena then refused to pay the legal fees despite the agreement costing me over £400 in fees for nothing. Very immoral company.

17th Apr 2026 (23 weeks ago)The valuation was great, the woman was lovely and photos were excellent. The communication stopped after a few weeks. The house was listed with 2 agents, when I did a viewing with the other party they said about how they'd tried to contact holbrooks and couldn't get through. I received a call about a viewing after no contact for weeks and told them the there had been an offer on the house and was sols stc, the woman rudely said you could have told us. I would have if there had been any contact! Overall wouldn't recommend them.

Carla is extremely good at her job, with advice and negotiation. I would recommend Hegarties at Houghton.

Cathryn and Shannon were brilliant from day one and always easy to get hold of whenever we needed anything.<br><br>We had a bit of a rollercoaster with two buyers falling through, but they kept at it and thankfully the third buyer completed a couple of weeks ago! They were great at keeping us updated and also helped chase things along when the solicitor was moving a bit slowly.<br><br>Thanks again to Cathryn and Shannon for all your help and for sticking with us through the ups and downs. Would definitely recommend!
