The whole team were professional, friendly and helpful throughout, with excellent communication at every stage. We were always kept updated, which made the whole process feel straightforward and as stress-free as possible. The marketing of the property was also excellent. The photographs were high quality and really captured the property at its best. A special mention to Sarah Hill, who was my designated agent throughout the process. Sarah was fantastic — knowledgeable, supportive and reassuring, and always available whenever I had a question or needed help. Her guidance and attention to detail made a real difference, and I always felt I was in safe hands. I would definitely recommend Peter Heron to anyone looking to sell their property, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

Alex showed us around a few properties before our final one, she has patience of a saint. Always there to answer our questions.<br>Julie was our point of contact during sale progression, she is friendly, always at hand for questions. Must say she is an excellent communicator. We didn’t have the smoothest of sale (not AC fault or ours) but Julie was our negotiating agent who was patient knowledgeable and kept chipper throughout.<br>10/10 for this office

I must point our that all our experiences with this estate agent were certainly one of the best. I can confirm they were professional in every sense. Together with a sense of duty to their clients. We’d had a previously good experience with Conway & Christie with a house that sold the day it went to market. This was a more difficult and complicated sale. We were happy with their tenacity and great communications with our buyer. I’d definitely use them again. Thanks guys. ????????????

His knowledge of the house and seller was impressive, and he was able to answer my questions upfront, rather than requiring follow-ups as I had often experienced with other agencies.<br>He was welcoming, engaging and genuinely reassuring throughout the viewing, with a great sense of humour that made me feel at ease and brought a few laughs along the way.
