The team at Logic Waterloo (especially Ben, who was a legend) was instrumental for its success! The professionalism displayed throughout the ups and downs of the process was high indeed, and I would recommend them to family and friends. The legal team from Valentine Duggins was awfully incompetent (that will be a separate review) yet Logic would chase them up and they took it all in their stride! They are a lovely dedicated team, who look after you every step of the way. Thank you for helping us get our forever home. 5 stars are well deserved!

22nd Mar 2023 (3 years ago)Poor communication between staff who I felt not genuine when asking questions. One staff member extremely rude me accused of phoning on Saturday when he had been connected by the office who had phoned me!! Told us we were patronising!! Also they did not listen to my requests and told me I was a difficult client because I was quite specific in the type of client I wanted to rent my house to. The customer does not come first in this business .Charges for services ridiculously high but they do not communicate back to you when you raise a query with them. Would never use again and not recommend.
31st Jul 2026 (3 days ago)Unfortunately, my experience with this letting agency has been very disappointing.<br><br>After moving out of the property, I was faced with a claim through Zero Deposit that I believe was unreasonable. Charges were raised for cleaning and rent that I do not feel reflected the condition of the property or the circumstances involved.<br><br>I found the process frustrating, as I felt there was little consideration given to the fact that some issues mentioned were already present when I moved in and that the delay in returning keys was explained due to a family bereavement.<br><br>Communication throughout the process left me feeling unsupported, and I do not feel the situation was handled fairly from a tenant’s perspective.<br><br>I would advise future tenants to keep detailed records, photographs, and all communication throughout their tenancy.

They were always at the end of a phone, they constantly pushed the property, even in the difficult weeks when things were slow, they never gave up. Even after we received and accepted an offer, they were always there to keep things on track and sort out any issues with solicitors etc. Great service and great value for money.

17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

He was professional, honest, and kept me informed throughout the entire sale.<br><br>His communication was excellent, and he worked hard to ensure everything progressed as smoothly as possible. Selling a house can be stressful, but Wayne made the whole process straightforward from start to finish.<br><br>A fantastic service and someone I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Thank you, Wayne!

From start to finish, Kalim was extremely professional, genuinely helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. His vast knowledge of the housing market was clear throughout the entire process. He provided constant 24/7 updates, keeping me fully informed every step of the way, which gave me real peace of mind. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he was always proactive in making sure everything moved forward smoothly and efficiently. Kalim is not only amazing at what he does, but he’s also a genuinely lovely individual who truly cares about his clients.
