14th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)I'm very happy with Reeds Rains in Glossop. All the staff, especially Laura, were very helpful and dealt with my sale professionally. There were a few delays and small hiccups which Laura did a great job of managing on my behalf. I would definitely use them again.

We cannot recommend Country Homes highly enough. From our very first meeting with owner Mike Lamb, right through to completion, the service we received was absolutely first class.
Mike was fantastic from the outset. His professional and knowledgeable approach to the initial appraisal gave us real confidence, and the care and attention he put into preparing and marketing our property was exceptional. The quality of the photography, videos and drone footage really showcased our home at its very best. It was clear that Mike takes enormous pride in what he does and genuinely cares about achieving the best outcome for his clients.
A very special mention must also go to Amber, who was absolutely brilliant throughout the entire sales process. What should have been a relatively straightforward transaction turned into a lengthy, complicated and, at times, frustrating journey, with numerous delays and obstacles along the way.
Throughout it all, Amber remained professional, approachable, reassuring and incredibly proactive. Her communication was excellent, and her determination to keep everything moving, chase the various parties involved and ultimately get the sale over the finishing line was invaluable. We always felt she was genuinely on our side.
What really sets Country Homes apart is the personal service, attention to detail and genuine commitment from both Mike and Amber. You're never made to feel like just another client or another property on their books.
