Having dealt with several other estate agents during my search, including one purchase with another agent that progressed quite far before falling through with little support provided from that particular agent, I can honestly say the service at Hunters stood out. Vicky, Marissa and team were consistently friendly, responsive, and proactive throughout the process. They were quick to address any questions or concerns, providing clear updates and helping everything move along smoothly and efficiently. Their support made the stress of house buying feel much more manageable. I would definitely recommend them — thank you again!

They were professional, responsive, genuinely helpful throughout our experience and nothing was too much trouble. They were knowledgeable about the local housing market, thorough in every step, and approachable—always willing to answer questions and explain things clearly. After working with them, we would have no hesitation in using them again, in fact we would not go anywhere else! Ten out of ten.

27th Jul 2026 (7 days ago)My husband and I bought our property from Cousins in June 2026. Great communication throughout. The sale progressor, Natalie Wrigglesworth was amazing. She calmed my thoughts numerous times and was supportive during difficult moments during the process. As first time buyers she really assured us throughout. She was prompt in responding to my emails. Honestly, I felt like she was in my corner there to support me even when reaching out to my solicitor and chasing them up when they were a bit slow in responding. She knew how much the property meant to my family. The customer service was impeccable. Again I highly recommend this agency and definitely Natalie. Also, thank you Georgina Shaw who was the initial contact with the purchase. Thank you so much to Natalie and Cousins Estate Agents. Thank you for making our family dreams come true.

Michael was very approachable, and the marketing was fantastic, particularly the highly effective video tour.<br>I cannot thank Ginene, Nina and Amber in the Glossop office enough. They were always so friendly, helpful and proactive, responding very quickly to any questions and offering excellent advice. They kept me fully updated about viewings, feedback and the progress of the sale, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble.<br>I am extremely grateful for all their help and would have no hesitation in recommending Country Holmes.

Thanks for all of your help with my purchase, highly recommended!<br><br>Edit 2026: Sold my property now with A Wilson knowing how good they were to me as a buyer, as a seller they’ve been 10/10. My property was sold (twice!) within 24 hours of going live, amazing photos and just an excellent service overall. Highly recommend A Wilson and the team!

20th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)Sent out viewing request via right move on Friday for a rental property, filled out there form via email on Saturday (67 questions from) called on Monday and was told to fill out form, re filled form again was told someone will look through the application and get back to me to arrange a viewing,.rang back Tuesday, get told same and says they have received my form and someone will arrange viewing for next week, Wednesday property let already, they even said to me they can't do viewings because they haven't got the keys and they are trying to get access to the property so viewing would be next week, total waste of time and effort, what's the point of saying we will hold viewings next week and make ppl fill out silly forms with 67 questions, and then let agreed and don't update ppl who made a full application. Waste of time and space, if they are like this with just a rental query I don't want to know whats.it like being a tenant, may be it's good that I didn't get to view may be dodged a bullet here. Family run business my backside, total waste of space and lies throughout. Stay clear. Oh they make you fill out housing application form with the pretence that if you like it they can process applications quickly, that's without even getting to see the house yet, so you could fill out long form and make application, but if your lucky to see the house you may not like it but they have all your details already as you made a full application, just to see the house. You give them time and effort and they don't give nothing back, not even a call.or email to say property off the market,. Stay away from them.

Neil in particular has been really responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we were able to find the right home for us. I couldn't recommend highly enough!!

Paul made everything feel straightforward from the very beginning, and his professionalism and communication continued throughout both our sale and purchase.<br>Paul kept us informed every step of the way, always available to answer our questions, and worked hard to keep everything progressing as smoothly as possible.<br>We always felt supported and knew we were in safe hands. APPLICATION FORM COULDNT BE OPENED.FOUR DAYS LATER WE MANAGED TO FILL IN APPLICATION FORM,BUT TOO LATE LANDLORD HAD ALREADY FILLED THE APARTMENT. WE THEN WERE DIVERTED TO AN APARTMENT AVAILABLE AT KINDERLEE. ON MONDAY WE WERE APPROVED,PAID THE £230 HOLDING FEE,WITH MOVE IN THE FOLLOWING FRIDAY,LUNCHTIME. HAVING HEARD NOTHING BY 2PM ON THE FRIDAY,I RANG JORDAN FISHWICK FOR AN UPDATE? WOOPS THE APARTMENT HAD MOLD IN AT LEAST TWO AREAS.AND ALTHOUGH FURNISHED,WE WERE INFORMED THAT THE TWO BEDS HAD NO MATTRESSES!! FURTHERMORE,WE COULD NO LONGER MOVE IN THAT DAY,BUT WITH LUCK THE FOLLOWING MONDAY,AFTER CLEANING. WE WERE ADVISED TO CHECK IN AGAIN AT THE TRAVELODGE(£70/NiGHT) NOT WANTING THE ADDITIONAL COSTS,WE CANCELLED,AND RENTED SOMEWHERE ELSE. 10 DAYS LATER I STILL AWAIT THE REFUND OF THE £230 HOLDING FEE. RUBBISH,AVOID,GO ELESWHERE!
