Highlight all the positives about a property and the area but without being pushy - which has the exact opposite effect with me and makes me resist. Able to answer my queries regarding a leasehold and service charges (unlike another agent in the area who ignored all my e-mails). Exactly what you'd expect but very rarely get - a good estate agency.

All the staff at Wild & Griffiths were so helpful in keeping us informed along the way and pushing things forward when the same couldn’t be said for the solicitors. The process can be gruelling and lengthy however Devon was always in touch and would get back to me regarding queries promptly. I feel he is a credit to your branch and I have been overall very pleased with how he dealt with our our purchase.

Branch manager Adam was a pleasure to deal with from the first time we met, through to the completion day and handing the keys over. He was ably supported by his colleague Jodie, who also was very attentive, responsive, and was pivotal in getting what turned out to be a more complex sale over the line. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bridgfords in Ashton Under Lyne for your property transaction, whether buying or selling.

Craig, who valued the property, was professional, efficient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the process feel straightforward and reassuring.<br><br>Maisie and Sophie at the branch were both extremely helpful throughout. They kept me informed regularly, answered any questions I had, and explained each stage of the process clearly.<br><br>I’m really pleased with the service I received from the whole team and would definitely recommend Cowell & Norford to anyone looking for a professional, friendly, and reliable estate agent.

Thanks for all of your help with my purchase, highly recommended!<br><br>Edit 2026: Sold my property now with A Wilson knowing how good they were to me as a buyer, as a seller they’ve been 10/10. My property was sold (twice!) within 24 hours of going live, amazing photos and just an excellent service overall. Highly recommend A Wilson and the team!

Paul made everything feel straightforward from the very beginning, and his professionalism and communication continued throughout both our sale and purchase.<br>Paul kept us informed every step of the way, always available to answer our questions, and worked hard to keep everything progressing as smoothly as possible.<br>We always felt supported and knew we were in safe hands. 17th Jul 2026 (16 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

I’m happy to say I sold my house within six weeks for a higher price than I originally advertised they couldn’t have done more they went above and beyond and special thanks to Emily you’re amazing.
