They approached everything with such sensitivity, recognising that this wasn’t just a sale, but something tied to a bereavement. Their support and thoughtful communication made a difficult process feel much more manageable.

12th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)We had an awful experience renting our house for 10 years with Strakers when we lived abroad. Our home turned from a beautiful place with a “wow factor” into a filthy mess with tens of thousands of pounds worth of damage under Strakers watch. After 5 years they replaced a competent manager with someone with zero experience and no common sense who told us that the place was in very good condition. We returned to find a huge mess. The Strakers agent is completely incompetent. Avoid Strakers if you wish to rent your home!

What impressed us most was that no matter who you spoke to on any given occasion, the whole team knew exactly what was happening, and they put a lot of effort into making sure everything went as smoothly as possible.
While we hope this is our forever home, we wouldn't hesitate to use them again if needed!
