9th Oct 2025 (11 mo. ago)Very professional from start to finish, valuation was spot on for the area and marketing photos, content etc, excellent. House sold within 6 weeks. Very quick response to potential buyers enquiries, gave me updates etc, all the staff were very friendly, helpful and experienced in their field. Price/fees were on par or better than other local agents and they accompanied all potential buyer visits, feedback was comprehensive from the viewings and was very quick i.e. within hours of viewings. When we accepted an offer a letter of sale confirmation was received within 24 hours and they contacted both parties solicitors to get proceedings started. Overall using Mallard to market my property was a very easy and quick process at a competitive price with all departments being professional, friendly and experienced, would highly recommend Mallards.

30th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)From the moment I engaged the services of Dawsons to sell a property, everything ran very smoothly.<br>Sarah came to visit the property first. She was calm, reassuring, kind and gave me excellent advice.<br>We decided to sell at auction and the Auction Team at Dawsons Swansea then took over the sale. They were very professional , kept me updated and informed and again, gave me excellent advice and the subsequently property sold at a good price and before the auction.<br>Huge grateful thanks to Sarah Hewitt in the Llanelli branch and Angel, Harrison and David at the Swansea branch. Together they made the whole process as stress- free as is possible for a house sale. I would heartily recommend them.

Unfortunately, my experience with the agency itself was inconsistent, especially when it came to communication and follow-up, and it created unnecessary stress as a tenant.<br><br>I do want to specifically mention Laura Jones - my experience with her has always been professional, helpful and responsive. If you are a tenant with White & Jones and have an issue, I would recommend contacting Laura Jones directly.<br><br>The agency has the potential to be much better, but the same standard of communication and professionalism needs to be consistent across the whole team.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

Highly recommended
