Rachael, well there are no words good enough to explain the help that she gave me. She was my rock through all this and went more than above and beyond for me. If anyone is thinking of using this estate agent then go for it you will not get a better service from anyone.

We have just moved home & Rob, Alicia, Emily & the team were great throughout the entire process.<br><br>At the start when our previous house went on the market the team made sure it was on for the right price which helped our house sell in under a week. They don’t tell you what you want to hear, they are honest in their valuation & tell you the price which the house will sell at.<br><br>Unfortunately the first sale fell through initially (not of their doing). They were brilliant, they liaised with the estate agent of the house we were buying to inform them of the situation & the plan of how they would get the house back on the market. It was back on the market the following day & sold again in under a week.<br><br>Once the process of moving was underway Alicia - who was dealing with our sale, was always available for a phone call to answer any queries & always answered emails the same day. But when Alicia wasn’t available members of the team would always be willing to take messages & chase up so we didn’t lose any time.<br><br>They also chased all parties involved to ensure the process was completed as soon as possible, it made the entire process a lot less stressful & allowed us to focus on sorting out our property prior to moving as we knew they were doing everything in their power to get the sale completed quickly.<br><br>I could not recommend Anderson’s enough & I will be directing friends & family who are moving, to them to sell their house. We cannot thank them enough!<br><br>Thanks Rob & the team!

26th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)Very strange a house came up for private rent that same day I applied and they rang me saying I couldn’t apply because I don’t live in the area I live 5 miles away from the house,I don’t understand why that would be a problem anyway then asked me what budget am I looking at I said £700 then said I won’t be able to rent with that the house applied for is on for £690

Wilkins and Vardy were the only ones who explained the whole process, gave us a price up front and took away all the worries. I found the whole team exceptional but in particular Paula, who was the initial contact, she was totally up front with us and made the whole process a lot easier to understand and it was this initial professionalism that prompted me to choose Wilkins and Vardy. The whole experience with Liam was faultless, acting super promptly whenever I had any queries or when he had any information. I have been using Reeds Rains for a few years now and the experience I had renting my property with Liam was the best yet!

28th Jun 2026 (18 weeks ago)I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately my experience with this letting agency was extremely disappointing. Throughout my tenancy, communication was often unprofessional and intimidating rather than helpful. Instead of treating tenants with respect, I frequently felt pressured and dismissed whenever I raised concerns. I was served notice to leave the property with the explanation that the landlord wanted to take it back. However, shortly afterwards, I found the same property being advertised for rent again at the same price. This left me feeling that I had not been given the real reason for ending my tenancy. The return of my deposit was also handled very poorly. It took more than 60 days to receive my deposit back, with the agency repeatedly stating that the landlord was holding it. As the managing agency, I expected them to resolve this much more efficiently. They also proposed deductions for cleaning, despite the fact that I had professionally cleaned the property, spent additional money repainting parts of the house, and left it in excellent condition. When I asked for photographs or any evidence to justify the deductions, none was provided. As an international tenant whose first language is not English, I often felt that my concerns were not taken seriously and that I was at a disadvantage during discussions. Overall, I found this to be one of the least professional letting agencies I have dealt with. I believe good letting agencies should communicate honestly, treat tenants fairly, and support both landlords and tenants in a transparent and professional manner. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Tom and Natalie went above and beyond to help us sell our home and were incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent, and they were always easy to get hold of whenever we needed anything. The online portal was also fantastic for keeping track of progress and knowing exactly where things were up to, which made the whole experience much less stressful. We’re so grateful for all their help and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home. Thank you so much ??????
