As a first time buyer, the process was new to me and the team were patient throughout. The Sales Progressor, Grace, continuously kept me updated on the progress, any updates and the status of the sale, which I really appreciated as I never felt out of the loop. Thank you all for such a pleasant experience!

From start to finish, the service has been exceptional.<br><br>Every member of the team has been friendly, approachable, and incredibly helpful. Whenever we had any questions or concerns, they were answered promptly, clearly, and professionally, making what could have been a stressful process feel much easier.<br><br>We would especially like to thank Carol and Jacqui, who have been absolutely fantastic from the moment we booked our very first viewing. Their communication has been excellent throughout, and that’s exactly what you hope for when buying a home.<br><br>As first-time buyers, we were completely new to the process, but we never felt pressured or rushed into making decisions. Instead, we felt supported, informed, and reassured every step of the way.<br><br>We are so excited to begin this new chapter in our lives, and a huge part of that is thanks to the outstanding service we received. 16th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)After a very bad experience with Connells and several wasted months we decided to go with Skitts Wednesbury and it was the best decision we made. Tanya and her team were fantastic and despite the house having already been on the market a while they sold it really quickly and at asking price. Sadly a few months later the sale fell through jeopardising not only our onward purchase but also a place for our son at our chosen secondary school. We were quite distraught but Tanya and Clare were so supportive and reassuring. They pulled out all the stops and within 24 hours of re-listing the house we had 18 viewings penciled in for the weekend. We had 3 offers in by Monday morning at asking price and above which meant we didn't loose our dream home. Clare became our rock through the completion process and took so much of our anxiety and worries away. We cant thank them enough. We're not planning on moving again any time soon but to anyone who is id whole heartedly recommend them.

We have reached out on several occasions via email, phone, and WhatsApp, yet our inquiries have remained unaddressed.<br>Good luck to anyone selling a house with these.

16th Jul 2021 (5 years ago)Really down to earth Agents, not pushy at all. I think they have a good team at Bloxwich. Will sometimes even contact you out of their operating hours. Give honest pricing to sell your home too.

Green's were far better in this respect and generally responded to our messages promptly, with just the odd lapse. The whole process was quite easy, from our initial approach to the marketing and the actual sale.

Not only were they amazingly attentive when I sold my house but the team who manage my rental property are wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble and it really doesn’t feel like I’m a landlord because they resolve every issue, from checking potential renters to arranging workmen to fix niggles in the property. Gemma and Lauren are amazing.

He was always available to chat, never made us feel like a nuisance, and his advice was spot on every time. It’s rare to find an agent who is this invested in their clients. He and his lovely colleague Liz pushed our sale over the line when things got tough, and we are now happily settled in a home we love. 28th Jul 2026 (6 days ago)A Professional but friendly service. From the first meeting to completion I had complete trust in them acting on my behalf. I was so impressed with the intial meeting I didnt have any other Agents round. The photographs of my home were amazing, so much so I had 14 viewings in four days and 8 offers. I sold within a week of going on market. Unfortunately my sale fell through the day I was going to sign contracts due to my buyers change in personal circumstances. Naturally I was very disappointed and so was Karen. After talking to Karen I decided not to put my house back on market immediately. There was absolutely no pressure for me to do so. After several weeks I decided to remarket this time taking up the offer for them to handle the viewings. Again I sold within a week to the first person to view. Happy to confirm my sale has now completed. Throughout Karen made regular contact with me with updates on how the sale was proceeding. A great addition to Estate Agents in Aldridge, others should be very worried. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Downing Booth to anyone, and I did to a friend who has also sold and moved on.
