11th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)I HAD ONE VIEWER ,THEY GAVE ME A TIME WHEN THE VIEWING WAS GOING TO TAKE PLACE WHICH WAS 2.15 ON A SATURDAY ME AND MY WIFE WENT TO A GARDEN CENTRE , WELL AT 3PM I PHONED WEBBS TO SEE IF THE VIEWING HAD FINISHED ,I WAS THEN TOLD OH NO WE DONT SHOW THESE PEOPLE AROUND UNTIL 3.30 PM I SAID I HAVE VOICEMAIL MESSAGE ON MY MOBILE THAT THE VIEWING WAS AT 2.15 ,I SAID WELL CAN YOU PHONE ME WHEN THE VIEWING AS FINISHED THEY SAID THEY WOULD.......WELL THEY DIDNT. THE FOLLOWING WEDNESDAY WEBBS PHONED, BUT WE WERE OUT THEY LEFT A MESSAGE FOR ME TO PHONE BACK, I DID BUT THE ASSISTANT WAS ON THE PHONE, I WAS TOLD SHE WOULD PHONE ME BACK, WELL SHE NEVER DID , WHEN I TERMINATED THE CONTRACT ,I AT TO GO TO THEIR CANNOCK OFFICE TO GET MY KEYS... ON THEIR BROCHURE TO ME WHEN I FIRST WENT WITH WEBBS ITS IN BOLD LETTERS NO SALE NO FEE , BUT THEY CHARGED ME £60I WENT WITH WEBBS ON THE 28th FEBRUARY2025 FINISHED WITH THEM END OF JUNE

It was because of his continuous guidance and support that we were able to feel confident and competent in making scary life decisions! Simon is extremely welcoming and approachable, walking into his office was always reassuring, and we were walked through every step at our own pace, Simon always ensuring we understood each aspect of the decision making process before moving on. Simon was accessible whenever I had any queries, and never made me feel like a question was too silly to ask! Me and my partner look forward to having this ongoing support with Country Wide in the future.<br>I also wanted to mention the lovely Molly, who has always been at the other end of the phone to answer any queries and reassure us throughout the buying process.<br>Thank you Bairstow Eves!

We changed to D B Roberts on the 23rd September 2026 and had an offer on the 21st October 2026, less than a month!!! They are so efficient, you can get them on the phone when needed which is rare these days. They keep you completely updated of what's going on, you don't have to chase them. We are so delighted that we put the house up for sale with them. I would 100% recommend them.

Her advise, guidance and just being herself helped us so much! Phone call and emails answered straight away! I will recommend her to anyone! Thank you again Alicia
29th Oct 2026 (3 days ago)I can't praise the team at Shortheath Dixons enough. Hayley and Sally were amazing and they have heard me say this numerous times that it felt like old school selling again. Some estate agents I have had do not even show you the properties anymore and stand at the front door waiting for you to leave. Hayley knew the area and knew the people and then sold the life you could have not just bricks and mortar. Thank you ladies!

Within 15 minutes of it going live I had my first appointment.. second viewing appointment for the same day within 40 minutes both for the same day! I literally can't believe how efficient they are! I would totally recommend them! From the media presentation to speaking to staff on the phone it's been absolutely faultless!!!
