Their market knowledge, realistic pricing strategies, and tireless communication meant both properties generated serious interest and sold smoothly. They treated both sales with the same high level of care and urgency, keeping us fully informed at every single stage. An absolute standout service. Erin and Claire were absolute first class and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone thinking of moving or selling up.

Throughout the whole process, Gareth has been nothing but open, honest, supportive and professional. We’ve had a bit of an up-and-down journey with property sales, through no fault of anyone’s, but Gareth has been there every step of the way, offering reassurance, advice and support whenever we’ve needed it. The sale of our other property went through smoothly, and Gareth was absolutely amazing throughout. His communication has been second to none. He’s always kept us updated, been completely transparent and, if there was ever something he didn’t know, he made sure he found out and came back to us. 24th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I was left very disappointed with their vice after asking them for 3 months for a video of the property to be added to the right move platforms, social media marketing was non existent until we asked for it and the original gentleman who we agreed the sale of the property left the company and nobody bothered to inform us.

I would recommend Wayman Schwartz to anyone. We dealt with Rachel, and upon meeting her, she immediately stood out from the crowd with her friendly, respectful, honest, and positive personality. She clearly loved her role and it seemed that Rachel was born for working with people and property. Rachel gave us an honest and reasonable estimate of our house and we worked out a very clear plan.
