28th Mar 2023 (1 year ago)When I initially emailed about a rental property, the response was quick. When it came to my viewing however, I was 7 minutes late due to car trouble and general traffic - I notified the agent 30 minutes ahead of my viewing slot that I may be late. When I arrived she was rude, didn't provide any information on the property, rushed me and in general felt like she didn't take me seriously. She claimed that my email re: my lateness wasn't received - I insisted that it was, she then checked her junk email and found it, and didn't at all apologise for the rude assumption. Overall, I wouldn't recommend at all, I felt like I wasn't taken seriously due to the fact that I am a young renter (24), the customer service is very lacking and the communication was subpar at best.

26th Apr 2024 (8 mo. ago)Jay, Stacey, Karon and Paula, were all friendly and very helpful, and answered any questions we needed them to. Always got back to us even out of working hours for themselves, we would 100% recommend them, and we would use them again!!

Can't believe if you ask for a viewing after 5pm on a weekday or anytime at a weekend its virtually impossible! Not sarah - she did viewings 7 days a week. I'm sure she'd do viewings at 4am if I asked her! Really friendly and always kept in touch.

(23 reviews)18th Apr 2024 (8 mo. ago)Having moved from Cardiff I first met Donna Stone lake when I needed to look at a Bungalow in Cwmbran..I found Donna very friendly and understanding to my needs and nothing was too much for her as I asked to see the property more times than most people...I was moving from Cardiff and on a few occasions I was not on time for Donna due to traffic never a moan just said take your time..I had a lot of questions which were always answered very quickly and in a friendly way which made me feel relaxed about the Purchase..I could not have asked for a more Professional Person to help me through the whole Purchase I had looked at many other Properties with other Estate Agents but No One Person excelled like Donna did...
